They drilled through an expensive oak dinner table of mine during reassembly. Mistakes happen, but they are only refunding me £40 which is unacceptable.

Prior to the move, I specifically said I wanted special care for my dinner table and TV. Extremely disappointing that I will have to spend hundreds on repair now.

So glad I found these guys. From initial contact with Leo through to the move with the guys John & Demitri. The whole move went smoothly and within the time frame. The team just got on with it. Reasonably priced. Pleased with the service. Defo recommend.

Leo handled all my questions very helpfully, with succinct replies via Whatsapp. He said Movez would arrange parking, so I didn't have to. I was waiting to complete on a flat purchase and Leo was very flexible and patient in the two week run-up. Movez hourly rates (minimum 2 hour charge) are very reasonable, so I booked them. When the day came, the removal guys were running 30 mins late but Leo kept me informed, he apologised and updated me. The two Ukranian guys who arrived could not have been more helpful. They moved my stuff from storage with care and drove it to my new flat. They were very polite and tidy, asking where I wanted items. Once they had finished the actual move (Movez charge by the hour) I asked them if they would reassemble a bedframe, expecting them to say no. They had not disassembled it, so they could have refused but instead they put the frame together - extremely helpful guys. Movez took all the stress out of this day for me, I was surprised at how smooth the whole thing went!

Amazing service can’t fault them at all, they ensure the job gets done and at a great price. Owner and staff are easy to get along with too, amazing company.

This company abuse public infrastructure to illegally advertise. Avoid at all costs

John was absolutely exceptional. He came on time, took great care moving my things and took his time packaging everything. He came all the way to Edgeware Road. I couldn't recommend him more. It's a great service and he's the only one I found with these prices after researching for a while. If you're looking for a man&van, this is the one to go for. Thank you again.

They were fantastic, last minute and all the way down to Banbury from London, the driver was so helpful with the unload at both ends of the journey. Thanks and will be using them again!!

Great service - I was very stuck last minute following the failed collection of a parcel while I needed to take a flight. Leo and his team were very responsive collecting the large boxes in about an hour, storing them till the morning and dropping them at the courier depot then next morning. The communication was great and the charge fair.

Best moving company I‘ve ever booked! We had tons of stuff to carry down two flights of stairs and we had the two kindest and most helpful helpers ever, who were super fast and made sure that everything is safely and perfectly packed into the van. Igor and Max were both extremely helpful and made the whole moving experience way less stressful and more pleasant with their kind and friendly way. They also tried to hurry up for us so we don’t have to pay for another hour, since we are students. I know the next time when I’m moving, I will definitely book them again! Thank you again so much for everything, would recommend them to everyone who is moving.

Contacted Movez when I saw advertising on a bike. I was skeptical at first but this was the best decision ever, and much cheaper than other companies. Igor helped with the move and he was lovely and extremely efficient. Would absolutely recommend and will definitely be reaching out again!

Amazing service! Egor and his colleague were great! They were on time and worked quickly. They even delivered the cupboard and boxes to a 4th floor flat which has no lift. Very happy to have booked this service.

Appalling service and customer service.

They caused a considerable amount of damage to my hardwood floors and still demanded cash payment at the end of the job. They have not shared their insurance details, which they claim they have, and threatened to continually charge me until I pay them for the job. This cost being outweighed by the amount of damage that they caused to the house.

I would be extremely cautious if you decide to use them.

Needed items moved the same day and this company was quick and courteous. Would definitely recommend to use them. The move went very smoothly.
