When another (more expensive) company claimed they were able to meet my shipping window and completely disregarded my schedule, Ines with MoverJet came in and provided an easy solution. With a short turnaround time, Ines was able to get my car shipped. From pickup to drop off, it was a smooth experience. Thanks for saving me from a huge headache!

I shipped two (valuable) cars from Indiana to San Diego to Hilo, HI with Ines from MoverJet "holding my hand" every step of the way (over 150 days from beginning to happy ending). This was not a simple move as the cars were moving across the country (in a snow storm) then across the Pacific to an island. Countless tasks, paperwork, signatures, approvals had to be made every step of the way. Due to the ocean transport, and one of the cars being an EV, even more unusual "hoops" were needed to jump through. With the initiative of Ines, the thoroughness, the calming counsel, I was confident we would be successful, and we were! Both cars arrived without a scratch, and it was a great reunion. Michael Soren and Moverjet logistics did a great job for us. They moved our two Jeeps from Washington State to Texas via enclosed transport. The price was reasonable, the transportation was fast, and our Jeeps arrived without a scratch. I highly recommend Micheal and Moverjet and we got great value for our money.

I had to transport a vehicle for the first time across the country. I was nervous about it with all the reports of low ball prices and hidden fees. Iness Joseff at MoverJet was straight forward with no hidden fees. I was kept informed with updates throughout and was very pleased with the experience.

I had a vehicle shipped from Oakland CA to Dallas TX. Micheal was my agent . The car was delivered on time and no damage.

Michael did a very good job of getting my M25A2 truck moved from CT to FL. Be sure to tell him your budget and he will work with you to get a good deal.

I’ve used them several times because their prices are good, but I’ve had many problems with them.
1. They delivered my car to the wrong address in Florida. Super inconvenient for me to find it.
2. The driver picking up my car in Michigan had me come to a busy main road on a snowy day for pick up even after I told them where he should meet me.
3. They charged my credit card on file without asking me if that was ok.
4. They gave me the wrong delivery day and told me it was “impossible” to know when the driver could deliver even thought he was already on route.
They should know exactly where their drivers are but for some reason they don’t.
Their communication is absolutely terrible with too many people involved in the shipping process.

Spoke with Michael through the entire process, and he helped me out tremendously. Had a few delays regarding the transportation of my vehicle, and I wish that he communicated a little better regarding the entire process. Other than that, my vehicle was transported safely and a fair cost in terms of the distance of the trip. Will definitely be contacting again for another vehicle if need be.

Ann was very helpful right from the start to end. She answered questions patiently and also helped me contact the delivery company when needed.
Pickup and delivery were on time and no damage was incurred to the vehicle in transit.

It was a smooth and easy process. I was in contact with Ann and she made things simple from start to finish. She got me in contact with a driver - once I agreed to his rate (which was reasonable) and followed up throughout the entire process to make sure everything went right. Ann even checked in once the process was complete…would definitely use this company again.

I noticed unprofessional practices that made me feel uncomfortable doing business with them. I do not recommend this service. They give one price first and then change it.

I believe this broker lacks transparency. The information regarding costs and processes doesn't match what they initially promised. They gave me one price at the beginning and then raised the fee.
