Very disappointing experience due to a lack of transparency and communication.

My vehicle pickup was delayed for over a week, and ultimately the car was never picked up at all. Throughout the process, the agent seemed unable to access or verify my order details on the spot and repeatedly had to call back with updates(agent was ok but seemd like he didnt have the right tools)—when I was able to get a callback.

The quoted price also increased dramatically from $1,000 to $2,700. Even after I agreed to the higher price, the vehicle was still not picked up.

Overall, the experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and lacked transparency from start to finish. I cannot recommend this service based on my experience.

I would advise potential customers to carefully consider other options before using this company.

From price point, communication, pick up/delivery time, etc.. This was my first time shipping my car and was very nervous. However, Ines was the person that helped me she was very transparent and responsive which helped ease my nerves a lot.
