I'm seeing Chris to rehab a hamstring tendinopathy. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional. After almost a year of frustratingly unsuccessful treatments elsewhere, i have experienced significant improvements over the last 6 weeks from the work i have been doing with Chris. 100% recommend!

Elinor at Movement Perfected consistently delivering fun and challenging Pilates sessions. After only a few weeks of Pilates, I noticed improvements in how I performed in other gym sessions when doing exercises and this has knocked off time from my 5k!

Excellent team that is friendly and caring. I originally was referred for a knee injury and was given clear guidance on exercises to do at home in addition to the PT I got in office. I returned recently for a neck problem due to stress and again got the same level of care and attention. My husband went along for sessions for a shoulder injury. Chris style of physio therapy is like one of a personal trainer. He is not only professionally thorough but full of knowledge concerning anatomy. The sessions thus practiced through him makes a meaningful exercise. His support staff is equally efficient in organizing the appointments including re scheduling at short notice.

Have worked with Chris for a while now for reformer Pilates. He makes it enjoyable and engaging. But the best part is the results he delivers. Would highly recommend.

I had an unusual hip adductor and groin issue which through Chris experience and knowledge was able to put together an effective yet simple to follow plan of action over time to strengthen the affected area and working towards my desired goal of mobility and strength, allowing me to continue to play high intense 5 a side football again.
Very friendly, personable and approachable with lots of time for his patients. The 1-2-1 sessions were always progressive and productive and I felt at ease with asking about any additional aches and pains and he was happy to assist.
I was impressed how he really cared about my sports injury and finding the best ways to find a solution whilst giving me the confidence to push through the rehab steps.

As a Pilates novice I didn't know what to expect when I signed up and joined my first class. That was about 3 months ago and since then I have been a weekly attender at Movement Perfected. I've found my new passion :)
Classes are small with plenty of individual attention within the small friendly group. Instructors are very knowledgeable, friendly and can tailor moves based on your needs.
I would unreservedly recommend Movement Perfected if you are looking to explore a new interest or continue your fitness journey.

I have been a client of Elinor at Movement Perfected for a few months now, as part of the my rehab from a painful and disabling hip
injury. I started out with one-on-one sessions, and now attend group online Pilates sessions designed to build strength and improve mobility. I couldn’t be happier with the results, the classes are challenging but extremely enjoyable, and have made a huge difference. I’ll definitely be sticking with them for the long term. The Movement Perfected team are friendly and super-helpful, and Elinor herself is enthusiastic, positive, highly motivational and has bags of experience and expertise.

Christopher Pettit has been very helpful with my shoulder injury - very knowledgeable and tentative. He quickly recognised that my injury required a specialist opinion, with his recommendation leading to an operation before the situation got worse.
Chris has kindly assigned exercises for me to do to make the muscles as strong as possible pre-surgery.
