Satisfait sur le process de livraison (rapidité/facilité du pick up). Par contre décu sur la finition du tee shirt, le col est bcp trop large...et va encore plus s'élargir après plusieurs lavages...Pa... Vis mer

Fantastic service as always by Moratglu - the items arrived quicker than any I order in the UK. The products are good quality and great value.

A joke, ordered 4 weeks ago and still no sign of goods. No communication whatsoever. Very bad service.

Satisfait
1er achat sur la boutique en ligne, envoi rapide malgré le jour férié, content du produits. Reste à voir dans le temps comment ça tient. Mais de prime abord c'est de la qualité. Un autographe de Patrick ou un goodies aurait été de rigueur! Bonne continuation

Where are my items…? And…
Web site shopping experience and navigation needs overall improvement. Most importantly, I bought 2 pieces a while ago and I don’t have a clue about where they are nor I am able to find the tracking. And I don’t receive any update.

Excellent service but…
Excellent service, quick delivery.
Unfortunately item I ordered is too tight. Not all of us are fit as pros.
I always forget Italian and French tennis clothing should be ordered one or even two sizes up.
And size chart would help.
Size L on a 190 cm model is a bit confusing

The only shipment alternative was limited and expensive. In addition to sales price of the tennis shorts I had to pay extra vat and customs clearence for aprox 50 €.
The shorts item became too costly.
As a serious company you should informed about these extra costs. I would not purchase your items if I knew this.

Good Service, but still some growing pains
First had a problem at Checkout where i couldnt choose standard shipping and was not willing to pay over 20€ for Express Delivery to Germany. Also it was difficult to get in contact via Website, so I tried my luck via Instagram Channel. Luckily I did, since they checked it and after it was clear that for whatever reason they can only send via express, they gave me a promo code which made up the additional shipping costs. Without this I would have cancelled my order. So good service when you find it. Clothes also fit and look nice. Looking forward to wearing IT on court!
