For being as pricey as this water is, it taste weird to me and I do not like it. It leaves an aftertaste that I just don’t care for, like Dasani or Aquafina or even arrowhead. It’s definitely not it and definitely not for what they charge!

Mountain Valley is NOT what it used to be. It is no longer healthy or natural water. Please research online and check for yourself. They know their water is contaminated now which is why they stopped publishing their usual annual water test report that they always used to do. Shame on these guys for selling overpriced junk water marketed as premium.

Consumers BEWARE!!! This is not the same water. Its like they started putting Nestlé water in the mountain valley bottles. I dont understand how they can get away with this! Way to ruin a good thing! Im definitely jumping on board with any class action lawsuit against these crooks.

I buy it from Whole Foods and really like it. The large green bottles keep me hydrated.

The quality is not the same and the spring water is adulterated sending it to Texas !
I noticed that when realized the red label on the rim saying spring water in not there !!
At the same time 2 quality water in the store!!
No more mountain valley until the same quality back!

This Spanish woman who answers for customer service line is VERY RUDE. She's acting as if I should automatically know the answers to my own questions. Cutting me off when I speak and when I say something she tells me to "listen to her". I will no longer get water from them because of her. They need to update their staff and water! Why would I want to pay for arsenic filled water 10x over the limit and deal with snotty people. PUT OUT YOUR WATER EPORTS MV!

I’ve been a long time customer. In the last year there’s been nothing but issues with deliveries and charges. It’s impossible to reach anyone if you call without being on hold for an hour, then being transferred over and over and likely get disconnected. I’m done with this company!

Mountain Valley Water Has a Storied History, dating back to the discovery of the single spring in Arkansas’ Ouachita Mountains in 1871. It won awards in tasting contests back then, and is still served in The White House and in the homes of heads of state today.

But I don’t think that’s why, vomiting every water I tried except distilled water in glass (not very healthy for the long term), my doctor, Clinical Director of the world-famous Environmental Health Center-Dallas, chose Mountain Valley Water for me. It literally saved my life; I’ve used MV for everything internal since 1983.

Originally, the Mountain Valley Water website said that it took more than 6,000 years for a raindrop on that mountaintop to filter down through the rocks that removed any impurities and added the flavor and mineral profiles to the water coming from the famous spring in Hot Springs National Park. No matter how long its journey, it is still saving my life. The water in the glass bottle in my hand was bottled at the spring. I learned the value of that when I had some Mountain Valley Water from a 5-gallon container, and got sick. It turned out that the water from the same spring had been packaged in a plastic tank, transported to my area, then placed in the 5-gallon glass bottle.

When I carried my bottle into an appointment with my osteoporosis specialist. She poo-pooed bottled water—until she read the mineral profiles on the back of my bottle. She took my now empty bottle to a staff meeting. Soon there was a Mountain Valley Water dispenser in the waiting room and another in a staff meeting room. In a major university hospital setting.

NOTE: I, too, have had an awful experience with a MV distributor. Not every reviewer has thought to review the product and the distributor separately. Please read the reviews carefully.

This is like a tap water but carbonated.
The taste is no even close to the French Maison Perrier.
Will no buy it again.

They delivered a machine, and it leaked all over my floor. I got a new machine in, and it tasted like a water hose water. I tested it and it was the same as the facet water. I told them to pick up the machine and water so the charged me twice for 2 accounts. I spent over $300.00 and received no service.
I contacted Mountain Valley and told LaKesha McDaniel and she did nothing. I will seek legal help so no one will go through this.

We enjoy the water, but the distributor never shows on time, say they do not have the water, promise new delivery dates, and do not keep them, over and over again. Mountain Valley Spring water not responsive, so we are out of water AGAIN and the new promised date (after missing 3 other dates) is a week away. Stunningly awful service.

Water is great, local distributor never has any. There is only 1 distributor Deep Rock water in Colorado Springs, CO. They just tell you we don't have any water and don't know when it's coming in. Horrible customer service.

Recently, Mountain Valley was purchased by Primo. I have been buying their 2-1/2 gal glass Spring Water for several years. The glass was $15 @ 2-1/2 gal container + water. Since Primo, their glass is $35 + water. This is 125% increase over night. Don't sell back your $15 glass containers. They will cheat you out of $20. The water is good quality, but it's hard to do business w/them.

Great water delivery service, took only 2 days to arrive. Online ordering, fast and short without asking too many information.

Had issues with Costco's 3rd party water delivery service named PRIMO-water for TWO weeks now and suddenly account was erased for asking a small question... Hopefully other customers will reach out to other water delivery services and find Mountain Valley Sprint Water to be one of them.
