Charlie was great
Charlie was great. We originally test drove a different car but it wasn’t for us. Charlie took time to see what other cars were at other sites, discuss the differences and we booked one for transfer. Charlie also told us about all the extra services we could have. This meant we had time to consider them and which ones we wanted. The car was great to drive, practically spotless. We love our new car and will definitely using MotorPoint when we look to buy again.

Full support for a new driver
Not only did I have a dedicated support person, but as this was my first car they went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable with my purchase. When she wasn't available there was always another member of staff who was there to help as needed.

honest review
friendly staff Wesley answered all questions we had. looked at the car and took for a test drive on a Wednesday and picked the car up the next day. when we collected the car it was clean inside and out. and I am very happy with the car. the only thing we could have been told more information about is the paperless paper work. as its been a few years since we bought a new car and the paperless thing we didn't know anything about it. maybe you shouldn't presume everyone knows how it works. if it wasn't for that I would have given 5 stars.

On arrival at the Portsmouth branch was warmly welcomed by Josh and later on by Megan when taken through the sales process but felt very comfortable around both of them didn’t feel pressured in any way before and after taking my dream car out for a test drive, and drove it out of the show room the same day with a huge smile on my face Thank you to Josh and Megan for their patience and all the sales team at Motor Point 🍾🍾⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Never buying from Motorpoint again. Warranty, what warranty.
Bought car 5 weeks ago. Came with 3 month Motorpoint warranty. I also paid for extended warranty. After just 430 miles car developed a fault which could cost at least £1500 to fix. Motorpoint and their warranty company refuse to honour the deal.

Lovely experience
The conversation went great, the proccess of reserving the car and have it transported to my preffered location was easy, Josh was very patient, helpful and knowledgeable when it came to extra products such as extended warranty and paint protection.
I will definitely try motorpoint again in the future if i'm looking for a new car.
