Within the family we have brought 2 cars from here this weekend. From start to finish the whole experience was brilliant. Friendly welcome and explanation of how they display the vehicles then left to browse with no pushy salespeople hanging on your shoulder. Once decided on a vehicle Wajid dealt with my daughter and myself with politeness and respect. Both transactions were swift and straightforward and again Wajid was great guiding us through the whole process. Will definitely be recommending to friends and family going forward.

Car was well priced as I had looked at other car dealerships and part exchange was a fair price.
I had a test drive and was allowed to inspect the car freely once I was happy my car was inspected and the deal continued there was no pressure

We bought a car from Motorpoint Coventry which quickly developed a fault - not ideal, but it happens, and they were brilliant! They solved the problem quickly, courteously and efficiently, and sorted matters out 110% to our satisfaction, notably Adam Miller whose openness and communication about what was happening made the whole experience a lot less stressful than it might have been. I would definitely recommend them and buy from them in the future.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Motorpoint Coventry, this is the second car that I have bought via this group, The sales person Vickie Miller was excellent in everyway, Vickie provided a slick and totally professional service from start to finish including dealing with my car tax and V5C form, nothing was too much trouble for her. I was also given an excellent part exchange price for my previous vehicle. Every member of staff that I encountered within the showroom was kind, courteous and helpful. I have no hesitation in recommending Motorpoint for an excellent purchasing experience.

All of the staff we dealt with were brilliant. They arranged for the car we had seen online to be brought from the Maidstone branch to Coventry, it only took a few days. There was no pressure to buy. Everything else was made very easy for us. We were given coffee while Matt went to tax the car at the post office. Excellent service. I would definitely recommend

Great service but we were miss informed that the car we bought had a reversing camera and it hasn’t. We had already committed to the 149 deposit so felt it wasn’t worth losing that over. The hand over at Coventry was fantastic.
