Our initial experience was really good.As expected great sales talk.
We purchased our car and was told they guarenteed that it was the cheapest price.
When we found a car... same model,colour,mileage but £800 cheaper they said that it didn't count because that car was a few months newer!!! Than ours it doesn't count.Not really what we're were told and definitely not as good as it was sold to us.What a shame as we live our car

Extremely helpful Sales Person.
The salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable. He talked me through the process making sure I understood everything. The only thing that let things down was the fact the vehicle was not ready at the agreed appointment time. However the overall experience was excellent.

Sold a car at Coventry branch
Sold a car at Coventry branch, they give the highest valuation at over £2K more than the lowest one from a competitor. They knocked £100 off the valuation for a split rubber spoiler under the front bumper which was very fair. Payment was instant and the whole transaction was pretty seamless.

Our experience with MotorPoint was superb from beginning to end. Wajid was our salesman and he was excellent. Providing real quality customer service, friendly and helpful.
We bought an electric KONA and the vehicle is exactly what we were after. Spotlessly clean and in top condition. We went through the whole process smoothly and can’t praise Wajid and MotorPoint enough. Just what you want when you purchase a car, strong customer service providing quality products.
