MOTORCYCLE SHIPPERS Anmeldelser

Great price and communication, will continue to use them in the future.

Zero communication
Friendly by Broker has not a clue where your bike is. So shop around.

Ease of use. Asked only necessary questions to get my quote and shipment set up.

Thanks for the quick quote. I really liked the video showing and explaining your process for transporting my motorcycle.

The web site works well and it was easy to book.

From the beginning to the very end, this experience exceeded my expectations thanks to the excellent professional, responsive, and courteous service by Danny!

I purchased a very rare bike from the west coast to have delivered to the east coast, so I was a bit apprehensive with the process. However, I was immediately impressed and reassured with the online tracking system of my delivery.

There was a slight misunderstanding upon arrival of my delivery, which Motorcycle Movers took accountability for and also advocated on my behalf, furthering increasing my appreciation of this great experience.

Upon pick up, I had the opportunity to witness the professional handling and securing of my purchase. Once again, adding positively to the experience.

As a motorcycle journalist with more than 25 years in the industry, I would absolutely use this service again and recommend.

Absolutely do not recommend !!! Communication has been limited to none at all!!

The support member that I called was rude when I asked him questions about filling out the form and the correct state to pick when using a Canadian address.

Dispatch answered my questions. Price was very fair unlike the competition that basically does the same thing but charges a few limbs more.

SOFTWARE GLITCHES, ERROR MESSAGES WHEN SOFTARE FAILED TO UPDATE AFTER CORRECTING DELIVERY LOCATION AND ALSO DURING ACCOUNT CREATION, SELECTING CANADA AND NO PROVINCES SHOW UP. HAD TO FAKE IT WITH USA AND CALIFORNIA

This is my first time working with your company. I guess it's too soon to say how things will go. The quick quote and booking process seemed to go well.

It was a great experience. Danny was very helpful answered all my many questions. Made me feel very comfortable and I knew my bike would be safe.

I've shipped 2 bikes over the last 5 years with 3 different shippers/brokers.
Motorcycle shippers was by far the best.
1. Easy transfer from terminal to terminal. I assisted placing the bike on a secure pallet. One of the shippers I used before just rolled the bike onto a trailer.
2. Great communication/tracking throughout the shipping. The bike arrived earlier than projected.
3. Reasonable pricing.
Shout out to Danny who helped me along the process. Fast communication and follow up.

Estimating delivery window was a nice up front experience

The online option was very easy.

It was very easy to get a quote online. Took less than 30 seconds. They are a little bit higher than a couple of others but the shipping times are better. We will see when the motorcycle shows up to see if there shipping days are accurate! So far a good experience.

had some questions setting up my account and did not get any response from your chat service.

I answered their questions and they provided me a quote quickly.
