My bike had 1700 miles on it. The battery was completely dead. Somebody took it out of transport mode. New battery cost me $220. The people at the Haul Bikes warehouse in Las Vegas were excellent.Guy by the name of junior.not happy about the $220 cost for my battery. It was put in transport mode upon pick up the only way it comes out of the transport mode is if somebody turned the ignition on. And didn’t put it back in transport mode the handler should know these things.

Took an extra 10 days past the max time quoted.
Bike was picked up on March 4, delivered on April 14.
Not much updates/communication as to where the bike was and when it was going to be delivered.

Recently had two Harley Davidsons shipped from Phoenix to North Carolina. Andrea at the office is top-notch, kept me updated throughout the shipment.
Both Drivers were professional and prompt. Texted me with updated times for pick up and arrival. Semi truck was too big for my neighborhood so we met at a local shopping center. One of my bikes had a dead battery. Asked Tobias (the driver) if he had a jump pack, which he did and we successfully got the bike started so I could ride it home.
I would use them again in the future.

The Driver was very friendly and communicated with me about the times via text and call which i liked and appreciated very much. my problem really is with the lack of follow up about delay which i totally understand when they happen. not getting a heads up and me having to multiple times give a call i just not okay.

The star rating is simply for the driver Ivan and the other reps that actually helped me. Setting up transport for my MV Agusta from Cali to Virginia was pretty easy and cost $543.When I called the agent (Ruth) didn’t seem like they cared at all but non the less we set everything up Feb 25th and was told the delivery date would be April 4th. Bike was picked up March18th and then I followed up on the 30th as there were no updates from the agent. The next day my agent simply responds it’s headed to the Las Vegas hub. April 4th passes no delivery no update. April 9th I get an email saying there’s a delay with my delivery but there’s no further details at this time. I call the extension listed and get connected to a different agent (because apparently my agent was on vacation but failed to communicate that when emailing about the delay after the delivery day passed) who finally gives me an accurate detailed update that the bike isn’t in Vegas anymore and is in Pennsylvania and that’s where the delay is. Mind you I never knew if the bike made it to Vegas atp so I assumed the hold up was because of everything going on in Cali fires etc. Bike sat in Pennsylvania from April 9th until April 18th when I received the call from the driver saying he was otw expecting delivery on April 20th at 9am. Ivan was the best part of the experience he constantly kept me updated on his status and when he got delayed in route. Despite the delay he was still able to deliver my bike EARLIER than expected the night of the 19th. Shout out to Ivan and the other 2 reps that gave me real updates like advertised!

Horrible experience. They missed the pick up by date by over a week. Missed the delivery date by a month. Paperwork was incomplete or inaccurate. From a customer service perspective when I requested a call back, I never received one. Had to call back myself if I wanted to talk to anybody. This company has gone way downhill since the last time I used them. On a positive note, the drivers were friendly and took care of my bikes.

Dorothy is always great at making all of the arrangements. Mark, the delivery driver was courteous and professional. Thanks for the great service.

the time from pickup to delivery was less the 30 days and the buke was not damaged.

He was super helpful with pushing the bike up the hill. In my garage after the battery being totally dead.

Working with Dottie was great and simple! The pickup up went a smooth as ever and delivery was exceptional!!! Driver stayed in contact with me, pick up location was great and the driver was super helpful! I will definitely use this service again!!!

The motorcycle was picked up on February 19, 2026, in Portland, Oregon, with an estimated delivery timeframe of one month to Glastonbury, Connecticut. As of today, the bike has not yet arrived, 59 days have passed since pickup.

During this period, the estimated delivery date has been missed four separate times. Most recently, I have been informed of an additional two-week delay. Despite multiple follow-ups, customer service representatives have consistently attributed the issue to dispatch, without providing a clear resolution or updated, reliable delivery commitment.

I have been shipping motorcycles for almost 15 years with private contractors and this is the most frustrating experience I have ever encountered.

This is the second motorcycle that I have had delivered by The Haul Bikes Team. The whole operation is organized and prompt. I couldn't have asked for more. Dorothy kept me posted on the order and schedule. The driver arrived and unloaded the bike with care. I am pleased I was referred to Haul Bikes. I am looking forward to my next motorcycle. This was my 4th motorcycle delivery using Haul Bikes and frankly, this most recent experience paled in comparison with my previous experiences, I was very disappointed. But let me be clear, the transportation itself was top notch and my bike was delivered in perfect condition and with the utmost care and attention to detail. My disappointment stems from the complete lack of communication throughout the pickup and delivery process. Twice the pickup from the dealer was canceled last minute and I found out after the fact. Then after pickup I had to pull teeth to get delivery information. Calls and emails were not returned. I heard from the driver on the day of delivery, before I heard from the home office scheduler. This was a far cry from the previous 3 experiences I had with this company, so hopefully it was a fluke. The driver was great, by the way. I’ll have to think hard before deciding if I’ll take a chance with my next delivery.

Friendly drivers, accommodated an address change for me, good communication, and a reasonable price.
