Firstly the most friendly people in the sector answered the phone and this continued right the way through. This was extremely important to me and helpful as it was my first experience using a company such as this and I had no idea what to.

They guided me through every step with support and reassurance.I had prompt delivery of a superb like for like car, up until the write off was declared.

I received the settlement within 2-3 weeks and was able to purchase another car and get back on the road for work.

Scammer, fraud company. They did AD spoofing and online fraud. When I tried calling my insurance company GoSkippy, this company's number appeared and now they have taken my car in a fraud manner. Useless buggers. And the customer service is very rude, learn some manners.

They help people claim for crashforcash!!!!! Recently had someone slam on purposely in front of me and working with these guys to fraudulently claim from me!!! AVOID

Second time I’ve used these guys. Il never do it through my insurance company again when it’s non fault these guys got the job done in next to no time and sorted out a hire vehicle in the interim whilst I waited for payment or my car back.

Called Motor Claims Line (CC Response) after an accident that wasn’t my fault. They proved it wasn’t my fault with the assistance from Davies & Gray. All sorted and paid for by the at-fault party. Very happy.

insurance companies didn't want to help me After lorry hit my vehicle twice...but cc response took it on and had a replacement car next day my car was taken to get damage assessed and written off kept hire car for free till full payment was made for my vehicle big big thanks to all involved 👍

I was unfortunately involved in a recent accident but luckily I was recommended to use Motor Claims Line. From the moment I contacted them they were so helpful and reassuring, they took care of everything! They were easily contactable and happy to answer any questions for me! I received a replacement vehicle the same day as the accident when my car was taken for an inspection. I was then paid out for the full value of my car within a few weeks and this didn't cost me anything at all and my own insurance isnt affected whatsoever!

Amazing experience with Motor Claims Line! I had a brand new replacement vehicle the same day I was in the accident. I got my vehicle returned fully repaired to a great standard within 2 weeks and it didn't cost me a penny or affect my own insurance whatsoever! Definatley recommend!

More hassle than it’s worth been waiting since friday for a suitable like for like todays tuesday so it’s not “within 24hrs they’ll get you a like for like and it’s a promise” false motto

They never had a like for like for me also told them they will speak to enterprise in getting me a car enterprise called me saying the same thing they already stated they just brushed me off went to another accident management company that put me in a MERCEDES GLA while motor claims and enteprise put me in a fiat 500 that i could barely move around in and did not help in no way im still getting calls from copart saying they are calling because of motor claims 2 weeks on

Really helpful and hands on when it comes to to my crash they sorted me a courtesy car within two hours of contacting them and have handled the whole thing for me would definitely recommend motor claims line to anyone who’s been in a crash

On the 11th April I had aNo fault accident, my car was recovered, I was made aware of where it was to collect my belongings, I was immediately given a curtsey car and was treated very well by Enterprise, Alice and Chris on the Claims team were very helpful listened and answered all my queries, I explained I wanted to retain my car, I was offered a fair settlement and retained my car, I was allowed to retain the courtesy car for a week after the settlement, which was completed in exactly two weeks from the date of my accident.
