Great quality parts for my triumph 765 and quick delivery to the uk
All parts have fitted perfectly and of great quality!!

I have been waiting nearly 3 months for 6 pieces of carbon to be made. This is more than double the time it was supposed to take, 4-5 weeks. They still are not complete and have not shipped me anything. I'm pretty over it at the point. Customer services is giving me answers but they said the order would be done in a week, 2 weeks ago... Lets just say, never again. I will be asking for a refund if it takes much longer.

Jan 1st - Ordered
Jan 5th - "We have the Chain Guard, Ram Air Covers and Exhaust Shield in stock, but in glossy twill weave in carbon with fiberglass only if you are interested." I responded I wanted the order done how I ordered it so all the carbon matches.
Jan 12th - "We have received some unfortunate news from our factory. The mold for the Lower Tank Trim that you have on order with us is no longer serviceable."

I finally messaged them March 4th asking where my order was. To which they responded should be done soon. Then March 8th they write they should have the order by the end of the week. Here we are at the end of the next week with no follow up. I sent them another message this morning. I guess we will see what they want to do moving forward.

Side tank covers did not fit bmw s1000r, replacement parts would not be sent. I would not purchase from motocomposite again and would not recommend them to anyone.

Having read through a number of the (not good) reviews on here I must say that I ordered with a degree of scepticism.

i have to say that I experienced nothing but exceptional customer service and, notwithstanding the manufacturing time required (I knew this as the point of ordering), I received the carbon parts via international shipment exactly per the expected lead time. The parts are great quality and, again having read the reviews, was in for a great surprise when every single one of the 9 carbon panels fitted perfectly using OEM hardware.

I will be ordering more parts. Highly recommended.

Zeer slechte service dit bedrijf! Had wat carbon onderdelen besteld voor me Yamaha. Waren een paar onderdelen verkeerd geleverd, en heb ik dit bedrijf een mail aangeboden. Motocomposites gaf aan dat ik deze verkeerde onderdelen mag terug sturen, en ze zouden dan beoordelen of dit wel dezelfde producten zijn die hun hadden aangeboden. Kortom ze vertrouwen de klanten niet bij Motorcomposites. Het tot heden nog geen retourlabel mogen ontvangen! Kortom: dit bedrijf zou ik zeker niet aanraden!

Very bad service this company! Ordered some carbon parts for me Yamaha. A few parts were delivered incorrectly, and I offered this company an email. Motocomposites indicated that I may return these wrong parts, and they would then assess whether these are the same products that they had offered. In short, they do not trust the customers at Motorcomposites. It has not yet been allowed to receive a return label! In short: I would certainly not recommend this company!

Horrible fitment and customer service. I ordered two carbon parts for a 08 hayabusa and neither one fit well at all. I contacted them about the problem, pics was sent of the pieces, weeks after and even asked to send it back for a refund I've yet to hear anything back. I will no longer do business with them nor tell anyone else to for the fact they wasn't very worried about making a customer happy. Save your money or just buy elsewhere!

I was hesitant to order from MotoComposites since I had never heard of them before or seen much of their work. I had to do a lot of digging to find others who have purchased items from them and have left reviews. Although there is a lot of mixed reviews about them I decided to pull the trigger and order the most important items for my 2019 MT-07, the tank cover and the intake covers. It was a good price considering how unique these parts are and that no one else out there makes these parts. After ordering the parts I got a confirmation email right away. Next day I got a confirmation email that the package was on its way and 3 days later it showed up at my doorstep.

Now that I have the parts on the bike I am extremely happy with my purchase. It looks amazing definitely completes the look of the bike and matches all the other carbon fiber parts that I had previously installed on the bike. The fit an finish is as close to the OEM pieces as they can be considering how carbon fiber works and how much of a great value these items are. Throughout the entire process of purchase and delivery the customer support team was very helpful and always answered my emails within an hr.

So long story short I would definitely recommend MotoComposites for any and all your carbon fiber needs. I am a very happy customer and I will definitely be getting more parts from them. I wish I could share pictures here so I can show how well everything looks and how it all fits together. I will be tagging MotoComposite on Instagram.

La qualité est bonne, mais certains ajustement sont chaotiques et l'on constate de gros gros problèmes de fabrication/conception... Voir photos.

Sur une commande de 10 pièces, 4 sont inexploitables...

Le SAV est lamentable, aucunes excuses, aucunes propositions d'échange, rien...

Ils répondent quand ils ont le temps à coup de copier coller, sans jamais se remettre en cause, sans jamais se mettre à la place de leurs clients, et cela malgré une commande assez conséquente pourtant... (+1'000$...)

Sachez que tout retour est a votre charge, même en cas d'un problème de conception majeur... C'est lamentable, perte de temps, et d'argent...

J'ai réussi tant bien que mal à récupérer mon argent en passant par PayPal, PayPal que je remercie fortement au passage et qui permet de se prémunir de ce genre de prestations offertes par certains vendeurs internet...

A bon entendeur...

I ordered a part for my bike which was in stock. I received the item on time and it was exactly as pictured on their website. It fit perfectly. Two thumbs up on that order.

I have now ordered more items for another bike and expect the same great service.

i updated my rating to a 2/5 stars because the company did agree to refund the money for the product that was ordered.
However they never communicated with me/my fiance after several attempts on our part to get an update on the product. It took close to a month after several failed attempts to reach out to company and a bad review to get a response from them, for me to finally find out that my product was lost in the factory somewhere.

They did agree to refund the money without any hassle. However the communication was terrible.

Huge shout out to chris and hans you guys were extremely helpful towards my entire order even with the defective part still got me a replacement in time to get it installed on my bike and for that I really thank you, Hope to get morw carbon soon some of the best quality I’ve seen! Keep it up

Ordered a rear hugger and a few other carbon pieces. Website clearly says in stock. Waited a week and heard nothing about shipping so after the first email I was told the parts weren't in stock but I could chose a different finish. Was told it would be a week until the parts were ready following Monday) so I told them I would wait the 4 extra days for the parts I ordered. Monday came and went, Tuesday came and went, Wednesday came and went.. finally emailed them again on Thursday asking once again what the status of my order was. They told me they were still in production and will be shipped Monday. Long story short, they finally shipped the following Friday and took another week and a half to get them. Just at one month total time. One of 3 parts actually fit. The rear hugger rubbed the rear tire so I had to machine angled washers to tilt it back to where it should have been to begin with. The other piece was completely missing the lower mounting tab and the rear tab was actually bent down touching the part and in no way would fit. Had to cut the tab off and re-epoxy it and build a lower mounting tab to get the part to do what it should have done when i took it out of the box. Overall I'm very disappointed in the shoddy excuses from customer service and in the fitment of the parts themselves. I shouldn't have to fix and finish a part, I didn't order a "kit".

I waited 5 weeks for (3) parts that were "in stock" 1 rear hugger an 2 side panels, one of which was missing a whole mounting tab and another was bent down touch the part as I've previously stated. The point is, I fixed your parts, which I shouldn't have had to do in the first place. Let alone wait 5 more weeks to ship them back and 5 more to get them again hoping they're right. Instead of making BS excuses why don't you focus your attention on where it belongs, in your quality and manufacturing dept? You have the capability of making good quality parts BUT with my experiance, I'm sorry but I can't recommend your company. This isn't your first negative review. Maybe focus on the issues at hand?

Bought a Carbon Fiber radiator gaurds from the company. Received it and it didn't fit properly. I emailed them and the said they would send another set. The new ones they sent were exactly the same I emailed them again with pictures of the part. They refused to email me back or refund my money. Now I'm out $100..

**Update 7/27/20. Company says I didn't send pics, but I did. Then I had to pay to send the item back. Still waiting on my refund

I had ordered parts that was in stock. Recieved an email stating that half my order was in fact needing to be made. It would take 5 weeks to make as well. That's fine I didnt want to upgrade to the most expensive ones for an additional 100 dollars. Not only was thos peices going to take 5 weeks the whole order wasnt going to ship unless I paid another 9.95 for shipping. Customer service isnt really great in that aspect when I agreed to shipment upon ordering in stock parts. Anyways moving on got the parts and one of the items was damaged and has a 2 inch scratch on it. Wrote an email to the company and received a message saying they would contact the supplier and let me know what they can do. It has now been over a week later and 2 more emails from myself I still havent heard from them. Overall the parts were nice had to modify the bolt holes a little which was exp err cts but customer service makes me want to never order from them again. Only reason I would consider it is to match the current carbon fiber.

Ich möchte meine Erfahrung mit Motocomposites Inc. veröffentlichen, da ich es als meine Pflicht ansehe, dies auch mit anderen zu teilen.
Ich hatte letztes Jahr schon mal einige Teile von der Firma gekauft ,ich muss sagen über die Hälfte der Teile es waren insgesamt 5 waren fehlerhaft und total verzogen, dass eine Montage selbst mit nacharbeiten von mir absolut nicht möglich war!
Bohrlöcher total falsch gesetzt und die hintere Radabdeckung war dermaßen verzogen, dass ich es gleich entsorgen konnte ,da ein Rückversand mit allem nochmal hohe Kosten verursacht hätte , und wieder ewig Zeit vergehen würde,diese hatte ich dann in Deutschland gekauft, und war dann auch passgenau!

Ich hatte auch eine Carbon Seitenverkleidung gekauft, die nach einigen nacharbeiten dann Einigermasen passte.
Leider bekam Sie später Risse am Bike ,und ist mir kaputt gegangen, und ich musste die nachbestellen. Hatte diesbezüglich auch Kontakt zu Motocomposites Inc. aufgenommen ,und man teilte mir dann mit, dass dies nicht vorrätig ist ,obwohl dies auf der Homepage als lieferbar angegeben war!!! Aber ich die Verkleidung in der günstigeren Fieberglas/Carbon Ausführung nehmen sollte, da dies sofort vorrätig wäre.

Ich teilte dann mit, dass ich warten würde, da ich ja schon andere Teile in 100% Carbon verbaut habe , und man sonnt ein Farb-und Qualitätsunterschied sehen würde.
Dann nach erneuten Anfragen hies es dann, dass es nun vorrätig wäre und ich bestellen könnte . Nach ca. 5 Wochen habe ich die Ware erhalten und ich sah ein GROSSEN Farbunterschied, und auf einer Verkleidung waren noch zwei Lackbeschädigungen!
Ich machte ein Bild und reklamierte dies ,Antwort von Motocomposites Inc. ich sollte noch mehr Bilder von dies und das machen insgesamt 4 mal Bilder und …. Sehr nervig, da man ja alles gesehen hatte auf dem einem Bild .

Dann kam die Aussage, dass man die Teile bei einer anderen Firma produzieren lies, aber ich sollte kein Sorge haben , dass es ja 100% Carbon wäre, dies bezweifle ich sehr, da es ein GROSSEN Farbunterschied ist!!!!!!!!! zu den 100% Carbonteilen! !!!!Dies ist nicht abzuweisen. Ich denke, das man mir einfach die günstigere Fieberglas/Carbon Version die vorrätig war „untergejubelt“ hat, nach dem Motto,“ er wird es schon nicht merken“ eine große Sauerei was der Shop am Kunden macht, eine totale Verarsche, und dazu noch versucht die ganze Sache mit Ausreden zu vertuschen!!!!

Auch die Beschädigung vom Klarlack wurde klein geredet , ich sollte dies polieren dann wäre alles gut.
Ich muss das Seitenteile heute zum Lackierer bringen der dies komplett neu lackieren muss da der Kratzer zu tief ist.
Zusätzlich zur Beschädigung bleibt natürlich der Farbunterschied ,den man NICHT beheben kann.

Ich sprach das Thema Kulanz -Rückzahlung an, dass man mir wenigstens die Kosten von der Neulackierung bezahlen könne!
Seit dem keine Rückmeldung mehr von der Firma , keine Reaktion , NICHTS!!!!!!!!
Ich kann mich nur den anderen negativen Bewertungen anschließen, Kundenservice ,Kulanz, oder Entgegenkommen kennt die Firma nicht, überzogene Preise, sehr schlechter Kundenservice!! Und dazu noch lange Wartezeiten, die Qualität ist „unterirdisch“ , da die neuen Teilen wieder nicht passgenau sind!
Ich bin sehr enttäuscht und werde mit Sicherheit dort nichts mehr kaufen, geben an, dass Sie selber produzieren und ….. billiger Mist aus China der nicht passt und dazu noch total überteuert ist!

Ich lasse mir die Option offen, den ganzen Sachverhalt meine Anwalt zu übergeben.

Irrational and mismanaged company. I think they need a leadership change.

3.20.2020 14.23 Stated the concern for their online accuracy and ordered the most expensive parts. Time sensitive project.
3.20.2020 15:43 Received an email stating product shipped.
3.20.2020 18:08 Received an email stating the post man didn't pick up after all. "But after reading your unfair, unreasonable and insulting review, I will be very happy to cancel your order and refund you first thing Monday morning".
Good product, good employees managed by a toddler. No real understanding for business and production timelines, even in the midst of the COVID-19 global pandemic.
