I ordered several carbon fiber components for my 2023 gsxr 1000r.
There was some slight trimming required but it was millimeters here and there. I did end up reinforcing a few clips but that's my personal preference. Order time was fast and the products are great so far.
No light bleed , great mold work, and the finish is excellent.
I found a few negative reviews and gave this company a chance anyway and I'm not upset over the results.

The pathetic owner was mad I left a comment after placing an almost $4000 order that said I had a great experience with one rep but a bad experience with another and glad I would never have to deal with that guy ever again. The owner was that guy I mentioned that was bad and decided because his feelings were hurt and he’s a grown child he really showed me by canceling my order only I just saved $4000 given all the horrible reviews on quality and he just lost even more business that he barely gets. 👏Good job

I bought a lot of parts from them because they seemed to be a place offering choice in finishes and I wanted all my parts to match on my Ducati Streetfighter v4s. The first box came and most parts looked OK, but the side panels had horribly defective seams, so they had me destroy them and sent new ones that were a bit better. When I went to install the new panels, I noticed the finish didn't match all the other Matte parts(the side panels are actually a gloss or semi-gloss), so I contacted them back about this, at which point the seemed to blame me for not noticing the finishes were different on the original defective parts that I never tried to install. They acted like I was an idiot for not noticing the finish was different and didn't seem to understand I was too busy concerning myself with the defects to notice the different finish on the first round. If you want matching parts and good customer service, I'd recommend going somewhere else.
Further more, they have a video on youtube explaining to people how to destroy defective parts, so you can get your new ones. Maybe just don't send out defective parts to your customers and you wouldn't need such a video.
I have been dealing with this company for roughly 4 months now and it's an absolute nightmare. I purchased almost their entire catalog for a 18 BMW S1000RR. Out of the 9 products I purchased 5 of which were drastically off the mark they described off the website. One of the products I never even received as it was being held hostage by them.
When I initially got my parts I inspected them and the product looks great by itself, away from the bike. I installed the parts and had to uninstall far more pieces in order to align everything up properly in attempt to make it work. The rear swingarm and tire hugger mold is off drastically to the point where it covers its own bolt holes, the hugger sits ONTOP of the swingarm piece as its NOT supposed to be on top of each other. With swingarm piece covering the bolt hole I have to pull it out to line up which then causes a gap which entails the double side tape to not have anything to stick too.
The lower tank Fairings mold is also drastically off a final product. You have to remove every single bolt in the tank in order to even get these things on and still have to force them into place to be bolted down. They then rub on the Carbon frame cover pieces as well. This is just their product problems.
They requested I scratch or gouge the products which I glady did as they were trying to work with me. Then they respond with its not good enough. At this point it's been 4 months of back and forth emails, mind you they've been holding products all while everything's been paid in full. I don't have the patience to deal with these people anymore as I've tried complying with their silly request of destroying already bad products when I've offered to run them over once the new ones come and fit as advertised. This isn't MY fault why their products don't fit as advertised. I was trying to let them know their mold is off and let them fix thier poor Quality Assurance at the factory. I've been more than patient for them to correct thier mistake.
Do NOT waste your valuable time and hard earned money on these subpar products. I have ebay pieces fit better than these. They do not care about your time or satisfaction of a quality part.

I placed 2 orders with this company. the second was placed before my first order had arrived in the hopes to get my project done as soon as possible. My order totals just over $3,900. After noticing warping and poor design on the first parts, I reached out to customer service and made them aware of the issues. I provided photos as instructed over the phone and was told the photos sent in multiple emails would be fine. they later rejected them as well as the google drive link containing all of the photos. For some reason. even though they had the photos via two means at this point, they refused them and demanded i take new ones. which after much irritation, i did. this involved me taking apart my bike several times (roughly 20+ hours of my time has been wasted in this process of documentation). I have work and school during most hours,and because i had a busy schedule i told them it would have to wait until after may the 5th. i described the various issues to them (the parts had been made cheaply, with scraps of carbon fiber placed on the backside of the finishing piece. they were in a random orientation preventing any proper stiffness of the product, they had pinholes everywhere on every single piece). The response i received was less than satisfying, a direct quotation:
"In our many years of business and many thousands of parts sold, the only times where a customer claimed that multiple parts were defective, our diligence determined that the motivation for the action rested on the customer and not on the quality of the parts for the claim."
i.e, they did not believe me at all nor have they believed previous customers. I had already submitted proof of several flawed pieces at this point (about 4) and yet, this was not good enough. I understand wanting proof of issues, but if it is demonstrated that several pieces are unusable with various issues, the right thing to do is take your product back free of charge and apologize to the customer for the inconvenience of their time and money.
Instead, they continued to suggest individual refunds for individual pieces without being able to replace any of them and no concern that it would leave me with a patchwork set of badly made fairings. While i fully admit i had become less than pleasant at this time (referring to the products as "garbage fiber" and so on), every claim i made was accurate and i had been given wrong information over and over. i made two requests to talk to a manager, 1 via email, the other via phone (after i had been hung up on after the simple request). i was told, they had no clue where the manager was, when they would be back, etc. More run around responses.
they refused to cancel my second order. had it in their factory, and proceeded to ship it to me. every item in the second-order is full of holes! they did not even bother to check after i had already requested that cancellation amidst the other issues. once again, demonstrating their character in how they practice business.
i have no issue with tossing these in the bin. but being required to destroy their products for them after i have had to do their quality control is simply absurd. i have sunk over 20 hours into documentation and fitment issues which now are barely relevant since i discovered the holes in every single piece in each order (literally all of them, over a dozen pieces).
im not sure what they imagine i want with literally unusable fairings over than trying to cover this whole thing up, but i am not their employee and should not have had to go through this much work after paying them $4,000. I have submitted as of today, a complete and entire list of photos across 5 emails (because the dozens of photos simply cannot fit into one email). i have labeled every single part which has cost me further time which i do not have. i have also been forced to go through PayPal with less than satisfactory results. i can ship to them (at my cost) the fairings in order to get a refund. that is, i must pay them, to get my money back minus the cost to ship a huge box to Canada with tracking. positively absurd. out of every company i have ever dealed with, this may be my worst experience ever. i am out $4,000 with no guaruntee of a FULL refund at this point. i have no usable carbon fiber and have had my project delayed and my time wasted at every turn.
Update* the company is now "looking into pursuing legal action" [seen below] after having received the fairings back in full and still not refunding my money (the case is still pending with PayPal). This means they not only have my money, but the fairings - yet they are talking about suing me? If needed I will absolutely go to court or countersue. As of right now they have the fairings in possession and my 4,000 USD.
Moto-composites and their legal team have yet to contact me in any capacity since PayPal involvement.

Horrible Customer Service, Terrible fitment. They sent me the wrong parts for my Ducati V2, they sent Ducati 955 parts. They told me I have to absorb the cost because it was "installed".. I told them I didn't know it was the wrong part until I was installing it, the bike has been in storage all winter and I went to "install" it the night before the bike show, (anyone who has worked on a Ducati before knows everything has to come apart). I simply ran out of time to take it "off" and put the OEM one back on before the show. So not only did I NOT get the part I bought but my bike was not fully together for the bike show. After all that they easily said not their problem.. I do not recommend these guys at all! They will send you the wrong part and will not exchange it or give you back your money. There is better products out there than Motocomposite for a better price.

I ordered front and rear tire huggers. It took 4 months to get and when I did, they were wrong. The front tire hugger was against the rotor. When I emailed them pics regarding the problem, the sent them to engineers. They said I had to shave the hole stem where the holding bolt goes. That wasn't even the solution. The angle of the slot was wrong. It was as if it was built backwards. I have to admit, the product is beautiful, but I wish they would have just replaced it. Especially for the amount of money I paid.
Stay well away from these cowboys…i ordered a pair of Carbon wings for my Ninja H2 for a considerable amount of money hoping the product i receive will be of the highest quality with the best finish especially for the price these rip off merchants charge.
Upon receiving the carbon wings i was shocked to see the quality of the finish on both wings was extremely poor as well as a Rattle in one of the wings, by this point i was my anxiety hit the roof took a while for me to calm myself down After which i immediately contacted MotoComposites with photos and a videos,they werent sympathetic at all and casually told me to destroy the items and send them proof of the items being destroyed and only then they will send me replacement parts! I absolutely refused to do that and opted to send the wings back they refused to pay for shipping and tried to convince me to destroy the items… i still refused to do that….after send each other emails and getting no where i contacted paypal and they explained i did the right thing by not destroying the items as it could have back fired against me in terms of not getting a refund due to deliberate destruction….this company portrays itself as the best in the market who sell the highest level of product , never in my life have i ever come across a bunch of greedy money grabbing individuals. stay away from this cowboy company if you value your time and money! Youre better off buying from china than buying from MCOMPOSITES, these ppl threatened to take legal action if i tried to leave a review about their product and the company !!! I am well within my right to leave a review good or bad as i paid good hard earned money out of my own pocket for crap ! Many ppl i know were telling me to stay away from motocomposites for this very reason as they charge through the roof for their carbon but cant deliver high quality parts… i lost a lot of money and time with these rip off merchants , wish i could upload a video of their so called high quality and high standards… You Have Been Warned !!!

My experience with Motocomposites is that they are complete liars and cannot commit to what they say (even after the funds have been extracted from my account).
I have made my order on the 22nd of March 2021 (ref#35392) and until today 9th of September 2021. I have not received anything/ parts from them.
I have written to them approximately 6/7 times, with only a senseless email written back to myself saying that the parts are being made or awaiting shipping? Nothing has happened as of yet.
If I would of read these comments prior to sending funds over to them, I would of for sure not gone with Motocomposites.
This company should be banned from business and I am/ will take my issues further.

J’achète une pièce qui est en stock au moment de la transaction. Je l’a reçois mais malheureusement les dimensions ne sont pas conformes. Après vérification de leur ingénieur, on me confirme le défaut de fabrication. On me demande alors d’attendre 4-5 semaines d’attentes pour la fabrication d’une nouvelle pièce. Je refuse ce délai d’attentes et demande remboursement. On me rembourse, sauf le coût d’expédition ! Un achat est comme un contrat et une de ces conditions était la disponibilité de l’item… Je ne suis pas responsable du défaut de fabrication ni du délai de fabrication. Déplorable comme politique de commerce.

This company is not a company you want to deal with.
I purchased a plastic carbon fiber headlight trim ring for my Kawasaki z900rs, which I could not get to fit on the bike.
It took the company weeks to respond to me regarding the fitment.
I went to bring this piece to my mechanic the other day and one of the tabs, was broken off due to no fault of my own. The company said they would not warranty the product or give me a refund of my $95 purchase price. My advice is stay away from this company they are not trustworthy!

Ordered carbon parts for my 1200 DVT multistarada a few weeks ago and items were shipped within a couple of days and received about a week later. I am very pleased with the quality and fitting. I have just ordered more carbon and at present the items have not been shipped as quickly, awaiting a response to see whats happening but hopefully I can give another positive review.
