Best CX experience I have had recently! Alfred located my account from a dead email I haven't used, and was able to cancel my plan so I won't be charged again. Not a lot of companies would go above and beyond like this, they are lucky to have Alfred on the team! Give them a raise!

It was a satisfactory inquiry and solution. Of course, it would have been better if the problem had not occurred, but the counselor solved it correctly. It was a pity that the waiting time was long, but it was not a problem enough to lower the evaluation.

I subscribed to Motion Array trusting their claims that their music is royalty-free and safe for monetization — that was a lie. I paid $239.88 (£188) believing I was buying peace of mind and full protection for my YouTube channel. Instead, I got months of stress, copyright strikes, and the threat of losing my entire channel because Motion Array’s own artists registered their music with third-party rights managers.

I faced repeated false Content ID claims from companies like Tencent Music and We Are Era — even though I had full licensing rights through Motion Array. When I contacted them for help, I got generic, copy-pasted responses, empty promises, and weeks of silence. They admitted the issue was on their side, yet pushed me to handle the dispute process myself — even knowing this could trigger copyright strikes, and it did.

They knew their artists had double-registered music, knew it could damage creators, and still did nothing. Instead of protecting my rights, they handed me the burden and left my channel exposed. Their so-called “support” ghosted me for over 10 days when I needed urgent help.

Motion Array failed me on every level — legally, ethically, and professionally. As a content creator trying to build a future, their negligence has caused me serious mental distress, financial losses, and damage to my work. This platform is not safe, and their licenses are not secure.

Creators: Don’t let Motion Array gamble with your channel. You deserve better than this.

I had a great experience with the Motion Array support team. I needed to change the login email on my account and the process was handled quickly, clearly, and with outstanding professionalism.

Gladys, in particular, was incredibly helpful — she followed up promptly, explained each step, and made sure everything worked smoothly. I was also able to set a new password and access my account without any issues.

I used it occasionally, and the selection since last year has been almost identical, even now. The worst part is that the cancellation option is so hidden and buried that you literally have to hunt it down. I definitely won’t be a user again.

There are many templates for Adobe Premiere and After Effects on Envato, but I did not find them on Motion Arrey.

Brilliant website that I used for a work venture. I took a break and had to get a refund which they promptly helped with. I will be returning to Motion Array when the time is needed. Really good, reliable and professional.

I had an issue with "my collections" on the MA website, and fortunately the keep a copy of everything on their servers, so the problem was fixed. The support worked great again for me.

The last 3 years I used a Motion Array asset (a macro for Davinci Resolve) called “Animated Calendar” from LLmotion. I was planning to use it again for the coming years (2026 and beyond). Unfortunately the last year supported by the asset is 2025. I got in touch with MA support who investigated and got back to me with the friendly answer not being able to update the asset. I need to go and look for another solution… :-(

I've been using the Motion Array platform for many years for my work and I am very satisfied. I had an issue with my account. Lost all the collections I'd created, but the support team fixed the issue and they extended my subscription for two months due to the inconvenience it caused. Excellent customer service!
