Me di de baja y volvieron a cargarme un recibo, sin embargo les envié un mensaje por correo electrónico al equipo de soporte de Motionarray contando el problema y me lo resolvieron inmediatamente devolviéndome el cargo del mes y anulando mi subscripción . Estoy muy contenta.

Love Motion Array. We are a 4 people multimedia department that creates videos and animations for marketing and education content. We regularly use footage, motion graphic, music, templates, almost every thing. Motion Array speeds up our production process so much.

Can't cancel the subcription like that ? No worries, you'll get my one star review and you deserve it. You wanna keep stealing your client and make it a nightmare to cancel the current plan ? I'll advise all my coworkers and we'll never use your website again. What a shame in 2025 companies still thinks it's wise to do that.

Na een jaar gebruik te hebben gemaakt van Motion Array, had ik mijn abonnement net iets te laat opgezegd. Via de contactpagina liet ik een bericht achter en een paar dagen later kreeg ik al reactie: ze hadden mijn abonnement meteen geannuleerd. Echt top service en erg klantvriendelijk

Axl one of the Customer Success Specialist was very communicative and solved my issue very quickly. Really appreciate the promptness in solving my issue.

I had an interesting experience recently. I registered as a seller on MotionArray and uploaded 193 video stocks. Later, MotionArray did not accept my items, but accepted items from 1-2 sellers on the site without any problems. Those items were of the same quality as mine. In fact, the items I made were sometimes better, since I have 15 years of animation experience. I wrote this to MotionArray support, and one of their employees canceled my item upload rights. They did not answer my question, they just aggressively tried to remove me from the site. At that time, I realized that the new supporter or moderator of the site is an unprofessional person, I hope this will be an idea for people who want to start MotionArray for the first time :)

Absolutely terrible. Customer service non existent. They portray like this really improves work flow it really doesn't. Stay away from this company. As they also make it where you can't cancel without talking to support which once again is never answering. I'm going to have to charge back with my card

I had an issue with my Motion Array account, and I contacted Artlist’s support team. I am very impressed, especially with Aileen. She responded extremely quickly and was very helpful in resolving my concerns. Highly recommend!

once you enter your credit card YOU cant remove it beyourself...you must contance to the support so they remove it....two mothns in a row they chage me 40$ even i cancel my sub in the first month and they said you will be refund, money hunger site that they don allow you to remove YOUR credit card

Fast reply and kind support. The UI is very appealing and easy to navigate, with very cool assets. Is just a bit slow.

I really like motion array - I’ve tried a lot of the different stick sites like this and they have a really wide array of footage and assets - I would say their strength is in motion graphics and assets - but the footage and music collections are both pretty decent and has worked for me on many professional jobs where I’ve needed to fill in gaps. Their customer service has also been really good too, and I when I had an issue accessing my account (because of an email issue) they got me back in incredibly quickly!
