you guys charged me early...SINCE WHEN IS JUNE 3RD JUNE 2ND? CANT FORGET! MOTION ARRAY IS extremely predatory in the way they hide your cancel button why is it in the smallest letters possible in a similar color to the background at 30% opacity on top of other text to where you cant find it???? SO CLEVER!!!!! Attempted to contact your support line to no avail because i couldn't find the cancel button last month either and you never EVER picked up. I call today and same BS. NOW you stole the money i have to eat. i cant eat because of your bum company charging me early on a day it wasnt agreed upon. Expect a dispute and a review everywhere possible. your horrible practices lost me. making your consumers go hungry with predatory practices. What a disgusting company. Cant forget your assets barely work half the time. If you make vertical content dont even bother.... cause the assets wont work on it without you doing surgery on the whole asset. I NEED A REFUND ASAP FOR MY PAIN AND SUFFERING! MOTION ARRAY HAS PUT ME THROUGH PAIN! THEY STOLE MY MONEY AND VOIDED OUR PAYMENT TERMS BY CHARGING ME WHEN THEY WANT RATHER THAN WHATS LISTED!

I gave a try to their system, subscribed and downloaded one or two assets. As it is very hard for me, and I say it for me, to install it, I got frustrated. Asked for a refund but they are very strict with their policy, and did not understand my case. As a new user, I would not use it again, and not recommend for cases like mine.

One star for how they treat their contributors. Site is a mess, and they will figure out anything to pay you as little as they can.

Hide their cancelation function so that it makes it hard for you to cancel, dont spend money with this company!

I am extremely frustrated and exhausted by Motion Array's deliberately deceptive cancellation process. As a video editor, my time is valuable, yet the platform forces users through a manipulative maze just to stop paying for a subscription.

When you try to cancel, there is no clear button. Instead, you are redirected to a pricing page showing only "Upgrade" options (Monthly, Yearly, Team). The actual cancellation link ("Renewal settings") is intentionally hidden at the very bottom of the page in tiny text, completely out of sight.

This is a textbook "Dark Pattern" designed to trap users, tire them out, and trick them into thinking they have no choice but to stay subscribed. A platform built for creative professionals should respect its users, not use shady, exhausting tactics just to squeeze out another month's payment. A thoroughly disappointing experience.
