Really bad - I did not realize I had a subscription ... Apparently I slipped into it. My bad I guess.
What is not my bad however: The content is really poor - almost all competitors are much better. Canceling the subscription is also quite difficult - had to google it. They use all tricks to have you miss the way to unsubscribe. One word: Shameless.

They are professional scammers, beware with its terms and conditions! When you're subscribing monthly, they say the assets you download during your subscription period will be covered. Then, when you're going to cancel (without even mentioning the absurd and tricky process to get to the cancel option) it turns out you have to pay another subscription if you want to use the assets you download. Incredible that companies with this models still exist.

I've been using MA for 3-4 years now. They have a good selection of assets but their website and customer support is atrocious. Most of it is outsourced to people with minimal expertise who will just waste your time and not help. 9 times out of 10 when the website is glitching, they don't take any responsibility.

The content was average at best compared to competitors. Billing and cancelling the subscription are also done in a predatory way. No notice of upcoming payments, almost impossible to find the cancellation button. I had to use google to find it.

MotionArray has fabulous apps/footage and their customer service reps are wonderful.

By far the best platform I’ve ever used for content creation. Affordable, diverse, and I never have a problem finding anything I need for a project. Customer service is also exceptional! Highly recommend to any content creator looking for something easy, affordable but at the same time doesn’t sacrifice quality.

Clunky interface, recycled templates, constant glitches, and support that might as well not exist. I spent more time fighting the software than creating anything. Total waste of money and patience.

Also if you forget to cancel the subscription one year later they will charge you and refuse to refund you.

I planned to give them 5 stars. I like the model that you can actually pay for months, and then cancel and come back instead of forcing a full year like other companies. The videos them self also good. It felt like a legit company. Then, when actually trying to cancel they do this stupidity of hiding buttons. WHY? Why do companies do that. The have a large yellow button for upgrade, next to that you can have cancel. No they hide it as good as they can. Sub menus new sub menus, and finally a hidden button renewal settings, (That by it self even dont make sense) and they even made it a small greyed of with like 50 percent opacity button hidden some random place. Had to spend 20-30 mins to find out. Making me ask again WHY? Make it easy for people and they come back. Piss off people and you lose them. Im serious, but if not for this I would have probably have been coming back for years and spent thousands of dollar over time as a happy customer. Now you lost me as a user. I know im not alone of having enough of this. Why cant you just give the option in a not sneaky way. You have to lose more people to this, just stop it. Other services with clean ways to cancel and come back, I keep on using for years.

Already AI was very kind did his best so I got contact with the team.Motion Array solved problem fast.They never left me alone.They have amazing collection of all kind video stuff .Something to everyone. I get great value for money.Really a place I do not want be without.

I've been usin MotionArray now gor a few years and out of all the other similar services I ha ve used, I find their offering the most thoroughly thought out and has a wide selection of stock elements. I love it. Makes my life easier by being a one-stop shop.
