This was one of the best workshops I've attended. Two large tables were set up and ready upon arrival. Michelle and her assistant were so kind and attentive. They made sure everyone understood each step along the way.

The quality of the materials is A+. We had everything we needed , and were able to get more of anything we needed.

The afternoon was wonderful, cheerful people, lovely music, and a wonderful surprise treat, Turkish tea and Turkish delight!

My family attended the mosaic workshop on January 24 at the Naperville location. Our facilitator was extremely young, too soft spoken and her instructions very vague, leaving our table of 7 confused. We were expecting an actual demonstration, not vague verbal instructions. A few times I actually had to look at their website for the sample videos to get a clearer understanding of what we were supposed to do. Also the tea and desserts promised were very skimpy. If you're good at figuring out how to do this on your own, go for it as a DIY project. Don't spend your money on an actual workshop.

My sister and I enjoyed an afternoon of creating beautiful table lamps. The instructors were friendly, helpful and awesome at giving directions!

The class was very well organized from the instruction to the materials. Instructors were very helpful, accommodating and super nice. The quality of the lamps are excellent.

My lamp base did not ship. What am I supposed to do with this globe?

I love my lamp, but the experience itself was very disappointing for the price paid. The instructor was nice but did not provide insight that would make it worthwhile to pay the additional cost. If you're interested in this, buy one of the kits and do it at home.

The experience was advertised as being at a Turkish Cultural Center where there would be Turkish delight, coffee, and tea that would be served. Instead, we were at an undecorated strip mall office park that didn't even have signage to indicate we were in the correct place. Everyone was provided half a dixie cup full of tea; no coffee or delight. There was no music and only a handful of lamps on a folding table off in the corner; no other decorations.

To be required to pay a spectator fee for a member of my party to sit at folding tables in a room with overhead lighting and no music or refreshments and no ambiance is very disappointing.

Love it. Had a lot of fun. Was easy to do. Had a very personable instructor. Very helpful. Had tea and turkish delights. Will do it again. Makes a great gift.

Well we thought it was going to be a great fun experience. They were super nice through the booking process. The day of we show up at the location on the WEBSITE and found it had moved 35 minutes away! NOT Even Close to the original location! All highway, so now we're late getting there. We show up & its in a weird office building, in literally just a white room with 2 -6ft folding tables and 10 people squeezed around them. No room to move, no music, no ambiance, literally room, tables chairs & another small table with the "examples". It was NOT as the description depicts not as the website presents. Not a fun and lite, creative atmosphere. Bright office lights over head and all of us squeezed in trying to pretend that this is what we signed up for... NOT the experience we were going for... or anyone would want. The ladies we nice but come on... seriously? And as for the location move... They said well we sent an email. Yep you sure did.. first who checks the location of a class if they already CHECKED it When they BOOKED it? And even still, it DIDNT even say in the byline location change... it just said link to location.. why would we need that if we had already CHECKED It when we booked it.?? Definitely NOT the EXPERIENCE we were looking for... And what a waste of our time to drive out of our way .. to and from. not to mention we had to finish in the little time we had. We love this type of class, but WATCH what you believe online... Ladies were nice the project materials well boxed... but everything else was a -1

I attended this with a date and we both had an amazing time and I love how my lamp came out. The designs were easy to use and when I wanted to try something hard the instructor was very helpful. I would definitely do it again.

Everything was very well organized, the workshop stayed on time, and the workers were very helpful with questions and suggestions. Had a lot of fun and hope to be back again for another project!

It was easy to order.i had no problems so no need to contact customer service. I was kept up to date on delivery. It was well packaged.

It was a fun event with a cool project! I would totally recommend. We had a 11, 14 yearold and 3 adults. It was fun for all!

I found the class to not be for beginners. It was difficult, stressful time consuming, and the take-home part for the grout was not real clear. I ended up ruining mine and throwing it in the garbage I would not recommend this class, especially for beginners.
