Mr Wylder answered all my queries and concerns, empathetically guiding and advising me where appropriate, extremely professionally. All costs were paid by ERM and the entire Process took about six weeks from my first contact with Mr Wylder to Completion and receiving the Mortgage offer.

The quote was sent by Tom the next day for equity release , we had a stumbling block by the lender after the house was valued but Tom still made sure our application went through he didnt give up with the lender .
In a matter of a few weeks it was all sorted and we are now awaiting our cheque.
