I would not recommend Access Equity Release based on my personal experience.As a former adviser working with the company, I found the compliance process to be overly burdensome and, in my opinion, not always in the best interests of customers due to the delays and difficulties it created.I was also disappointed by my experience regarding outstanding remuneration for work I completed on the company's behalf. Despite my efforts to resolve the matter, I remain dissatisfied with the outcome.Based on my experience, I believe there are other equity release and lifetime mortgage firms that offer a more professional, efficient, and customer-focused service.This review reflects my own experience, and I would encourage anyone considering equity release to research all available options carefully before choosing a provider. I would strongly recommend you use a more reputable broker who does not charge an upfront fee, I suggest you steer clear of this broker.
