Shopping on Line always been pretty good,but now I'm been offered substitutes not to bad , so I order the substitute but then they don't even have the substitute, it's nearly every sho now

Ordered via Amazon and the driver did not even attempt delivery due to a road closure in place. As I could track them I could see no attempt was made to follow the diversion.

During ordering at least 5 items unavailable so went through and re picked items. Yet again unavailable items and the most random subs due later today.
Conveniently store not answering phone to customer services who were helpful.

Are they the worst delivery supermarket? I think so.

Order was 4 hours late, no communication and still not delivered. Got to 00:00 and gave up went to bed. Woke up, no communication… had to go out and get the shopping from multiple different stores. Order arrived on the Sunday at 19:00pm, huh? It was a laughable moment, like a forgotten cousin turning up at your door. Customer service is terrible, think they outsource it to South Africa and can tell they don’t really care. Callback from manager arranged, no call the next day, called back to tell me nothing had been actioned. Useless. Won’t be using them again

I ordered a 90-item online delivery and had an unbelievable 12 items marked as unavailable. To make matters worse, almost the entirety of my dairy-free/vegan chilled section (including all my dairy-free cheeses and yogurts) was completely wiped out, entirely ruining my planned meals for the week.
​Worse than the poor stock levels is the incredibly irresponsible substitution algorithm. I ordered specialized, plant-based Free From items due to a severe soy allergy and dietary restrictions. Morrisons decided to substitute these with Alpro single cream (which is 100% soy-based and makes me incredibly sick) and Arla LactoFREE yogurt (which is actual dairy cow's milk).
​Substituting specialized allergy-friendly products with known medical allergens and actual dairy is genuinely dangerous. If your website allows me to book a slot and buy these items, your store should have the stock—or your system should have the basic intelligence not to substitute a vegan product with a major allergen. Appalling service.

Having been a loyal supporter of Morrisons for years, in shop and now online, we intend to leave, despite having paid the yearly pass up front. Since they swapped the supply base, I can honestly say we have not had a single week without problems which you hear about 1 hour before. Substitutions are the norm, some are similar to what you ordered, but often not and often bizarre. Unavailable items are often common items, like new potatoes, but nothing offered instead. Frozen items were all missing. We weren’t told this. Apparently they had defrosted. As usual, the alcohol arrived with the security tag still on, and the drivers have no way of removing it. Having to download, as quickly as possible, from trays to bags is not ideal either. We complain regularly, when you can find a number to ring, and fill in the how did we do on the receipt email, but never any response or improvements. The app isn’t the greatest either, often very slow. The only good side are the excellent delivery staff who are on the front line and must be as fed up of this as customers are. Other stores may be as bad or better, so we will see. We use Ocado occasionally and there are very rarely any issues with them.

First time ordering for a home delivery and won’t be again. Half of the dinners id meal planned for the week wasn’t available, half of the snacks I ordered were not available. They didn’t even substitute. It’s absolutely awful. When you’re spending over £200 and you end up with nothing, I’ve now got to go shopping again. Another customer lost

Availability is a joke, almost half of the order was not available or was substituted. Substitutes didn't make any sense, had to send them all back. Quality of fresh fruit and veg is shocking. Never again

I have been shopping with Morrisons online for 8 years. I have now had enough YOU JUST DO NOT CARE ANYMORE. You Morrisons changed my shopping coming from your Wearhouse,because you want to be environmentally friendly, and do away with bags. For the past 7 weeks my shopping has come from your Erith store in Kent . I have received out of date milk rotten salad, pork shops that your staff have put there fingers in the wrapping . Disgraceful, and what makes it worse is ,you don't care. You have sooooo many items out of stock it's impossible to do a week shop. Your customer service in South Africa is a joke. I sent a letter of complaint to the CEO Rami Baitieh , who could not have cared less.well Mr Baitieh you are only as good as your worst member of staff. No wonder you have financial difficulties I will never shop with you again, I did have a delivery pass , I have asked for my money to be paid back . You are the worst supermarket ever, thanks for nothing Goodbye.

I contacted Customer Services Morrisons to enquire where I could obtain stock of a three piece patio set. I was advised that Morrisons at Chester le Street had stock. I travelled to the store only to be advised by Dan, the Store Manager they had never had this product. What Dan did do was he made every effort to locate the item from another store. He kept me updated throughout. Dan arranged for the product to be transferred from Amble and delivered to the Chester le Street.
My experience dealing with Dan was that he went above and beyond what he needed to do as a Store Manager. Dan could have just said, no stock, I can't help but he didn't.
I am absolutely delighted that Dan helped me to secure this item. It is perfect.
Customer Services gave me incorrect information of where I could find this product. Fortunately, Dan put right their error and made a customer very happy.
Thank you Dan for listening and for being willing to go the extra mile. A rare commodity these days which sets Dan apart from other managers.
Well Done Dan. I hope Morrisons appreciate what they have in this store manager.

Morrisons at thornbury Bradford is really boiling me now

I have put. Previously complaint about him in the past gosipping that certain staff have been sacked and also the rudeness of customer ect , I don’t want to speak him final and this is harassment

The guy today with the morrisons bag handing out ect with the glasses again chats too much then do his job which one of the members of staff mentioned to me when I was looking for untamed cat meat two month ago

She agreed with me

And yet again today he is a attention seeker and was near the cigarette area of self check in tils

And said to me what’s with the face .

I just left and I tell you what gay or not I’m taking this further now , he is really boiling my piss now so me and my mother are taking it further higher up after second complaint now im Writting in as well . After my last complaint obviously noting has been done

So now which I’ve decided I’m taking higher up I was with my mother and this is disgusting

Il be in tomorrow to speak to a manager as well fed of this now . He needs to piss off

Decided to give Morrisons another chance after a delivery disaster last year which never arrived on the day. This was a mistake as first delivery was ordered to take away with us on holiday and it was two hours late with inappropriate substitutions - no apology. Second one arrived late again with products missing and substitutions. Again no acknowledgement or apology at the door although driver had tried to phone. Sadly no more business coming your way Morrisons. You need to up your game.

Absolute waste of time ordered some stuff for a party and the stuff I need for the party receive less than 50% absolute waste of time. I should’ve gone to the shops. I won’t be using Morrisons anymore when I let them know how unhappy I was instead of saying okay we’ll get the stuff out to you. They were just like well you’ve been credited tough luck go away

Thank you to morrisons for your reply this as still not put the money back into my bank account ..if you wish to keep the cash it seems morrisons needs the money more than your customers ....one thing for sure its the last penny you will drain from me because I will never use you again

On the day of the delivery they cancelled with NO explanation. Avoid at all costs.

My food shopping arrived yesterday, with gone off milk, and birthday cake bashed, crisps flat - heavy food items were clearly thrown on top. I was very hectic yesterday to organise child's birthday party and working from home. I hurriedly unloaded items without paying attention due to being conscious of delivery driver waiting. I don't care much about bashed items but I managed today to log on Morrisons to get refund for separated gone off milk, it arrived like that yesterday. Morrisons pop up message says too late for refund. When I called the store, automation is referring me to their website. Why do I need to be messed about and waste my time over this? This is what Morrisons counts on, people will not bother because of so much hassle for a refund. Disgraceful service.

I placed an order on 22/6 for delivery on 24/6. I bent over backwards to accommodate the three changes which Morrisons made to the delivery date and time which were apparently due to staff shortages and issues with the cooking systems in their vans. It’s now 27/6 and I have no idea where my order is, no communicate from them and no refund. What I have received this morning is a second receipt and a customer satisfaction survey. Utterly appalling service, much time wasted and I will never use them again.

Ordered home delivery from there Maldon store on a couple of occasions now and the service is absolutely ridiculous it's more than an hour late on each occasion no communication, the app is absolutely ridiculous and useless avoid at all costs

Is it just me or is trying to order from online ridiculous? They gave a completely a completely different address then they had where I am but not the right number. They just don’t seem to care I give them thumbs down every time Amazon asks me for a rating! Some callers as usual are better than others. I’ve given up asking for a couple of things as they always supply substitutes. Terrible.

Miserable and unhelpful delivery driver. He looked bored and was on his mobile whilst i was trying to pick my items up from his tray on the doorstep.. No conversation or can i help... As a result i will not be using Morrisons home delivery again
