I was totally wrong on this product. I thought it was an epilady. One that pulls the hair out. Thus is actually an electric razor. My apologies for over reacting.

I submitted an email because a set of candles that I ordered were slightly damaged on the top. The plastic the candles were encased in was busted. I was looking for any possible cosmetic ideas to camouflage the damaged spots Jessica responded that unfortunately the candles couldn't be replaced and offered a refund, which was a nice surprise. Jessica was very timely and responsive to my email.

Jessica at MorningSave helped me when a product that I had purchased did not work properly. She was kind, understanding and responded quickly. Customer service like the service she supplied with me was superior and I can't thank her enough. Kudo's to her and her company for all that they do.

I order from this site fairly often - sometimes monthly or at least every couple of months. Items are top quality and are shipped out quickly.
Only once did I have an issue with an actual item, which I notified them of as soon as I realized it, and after I did all the possible troubleshooting to ensure that the issue was not something that I could resolve. Jessica responded promptly. Her tone was professional and friendly, and she was very helpful in resolving my issue above and beyond my expectations. This is my go-to site for seeking quality product deals, and one that I recommend to other people.

I bought 3 coffe mugs that Don’t work for Christmas gifts. Thankfully I tried them before I gave them as gifts. I have tried many many times to see how to return them. I only heard how to try something to make them work. It didn’t work and now I have not heard anything. Even though I have sent many many emails. I’m a Great Grandma on limited income and had to buy 3 more gifts to cover these crap junk mugs! Made it hard for me that month to cover even my groceries! But still no response. I would tell everyone never to buy anything from Morningsave.

I ordered a power bank from MorningSave and used it one time then it quit working. I contacted MorningSave and received a quick response from Samantha. My issue was resolved and I am very pleased. I have nothing but good reviews for MorningSave (they make things right 100%)!

I've made many purchases from morningsave. This is the first time that I've had an issue with a product. My problem was addressed immediately and I was issued a refund without hassle

I had bought 2 pallets of eye shadows and one came broken. Samantha listened and helped me real quick make it right.
