I had an issue with the flashlights that I ordered. I didn’t quite understand it first I wasn’t sure whether they said that I didn’t have to return them. So I sent another email asking them to please explain it to me. Carlin got back to me in a very timely manner and let me know that I did not have to return the product. I have gotten my questions answered by Caitlin in the past in a very timely manner, and she has always been very explanatory and has solved all my problems. As a MorningSave customer, I've rarely had a problem. But when I did, their staff, mainly Jessica, took care of it for me without any issue. I recommend shopping at MorningSave, great bargains and helpful staff.

There was a mistake made in the product that was shipped, after I notified Morming Save of the issue I heard from Jazmine . She requested a picture of the item received . I sent picture, new order was placed by Jazmine . I didn't have to jump through hoops to have the correction made to.my order.
