My son ordered in July website stating 1-2 day delivery. Nothing still received. They have dispatched half of it a weeK ago still not delivered. Asking for a full refund but are now ignoring me and saying I can only hat a full refund when I return items that have been dispatched even though not delivered!! Won’t refund for items not even dispatched yet. Opened a case with my credit card now as feel I’m being fobbed off.
Only way to communicate is via Instagram
Feel so annoyed for my son as saved up to buy bits he wanted to be lied too and money gone no items in return!!

Do not order from this Website. I ordered some bottles and only two fitted me so I decided to request a return label immediately on the same day of the order arriving and I was ignored. Even now I am still waiting on a response. These people are scammers!!!!! Don’t make my mistake by ordering from them.

I was worried that I had been scammed and even raised it with my credit card company. The communication wasn't good, I'd emailed twice, however we did receive the items ordered, as soon as it was with the courier, I received an email and am happy with the purchase.

I ordered around £80 worth for my son's January birthday. Some may think that's not a lot for todays 'on trend' items but straight after Christmas, but it is a lot for me to loose. On 3rd Jan I ordered, with delivery of 3-5 working days. Unlike other reputable and trusted companies who keep you informed as to shipping/courier info.... Ive heard nothing. I emailed the customer info and still nothing. What's more worrying is that I am the first review on here.... is this a legit company??
