I want to show some recognition to More…

I want to show some recognition to More bus driver 8928. I witness him do some good deeds this morning. Picking up the mistakes from two other bus drivers. The driver stopped for a pregnant lady after she actually put her arm out the bus in front, he also waited to let me in when I was going to get the 8.19 am from southbourne cross roads but that driver decided to carry on his journey even though he was early so the 8.11 although was 2 minutes late didn’t just leave. He also let a young boy on going to school when he card didn’t work and not leave him in the cold. It shows he cares about his customers and not just driving a bus. He really went above and beyond today. So thank you :-)

Awful bus services and bus availability

I waved down a bus like you normally would only to be responded with a shake of the head as they drive past me. This is the only bus in my area that goes to the place I want at this time. This is unacceptable. There needs to be more buses available .

Good job Alex Bird 👍

Just had a journey driven by Alex Bird one a morebus to bmth Uni. He was incredibly polite and friendly with everyone who got on the bus, dressed very smartly and driving very well - safe, quick off the mark, clearly paying attention to the road and working hard! Made my day,

Saturday 21/9/24 just gone 6.25pm from…

Saturday 21/9/24 just gone 6.25pm from studland to swanage train station.When we first got on the bus we asked the driver what time was the last bus back?the driver replied 8ish as we have moved to our winter time table.On exiting the bus my wife went to check the time table to see what time the last bus left swanage to studland but before she reached the board another bus driver said that the last bus to studland had left. I would have thought that the bus driver would have known the timetable especially as he asked on boarding if we wanted a return. I am very annoyed as we had to get a taxi back at a cost of £20.what a pathetic company!
Their own staff should know what their timetables are.

Trip to Christchurch from poole

Trip to Christchurch from poole, return journey after opthalmic eye drops, couldn't read or see much at all. I received so much help from the drivers of the 1c bus and the M1 buses. Very much appreciated. Thank you so much. A credit to your service.

Took the bus back from Castlepoint to…

Took the bus back from Castlepoint to Bournemouth today and would just like to thank Michael the driver for his very pleasant and cheerful manner with all the passengers.Dont know how he does it but keep it up Michael you are a star

Unclear ticket options and poor customer service. Recently enjoyed a new forest open top bus tour. It is a great way to see the NF. My issue with the whole process was when l was looking at ticket options, there seemed to be quite a lot of options and right at the very bottom of the list, is a residents option. This is a new option apparently, as l called and asked but it requires quite a long winded, verification process to prove you are a resident and takes time. I queried why it was right at the bottom of the list and not easily visible as l would have followed the process if l had known about it in time, because the discount is worthwhile. I was also a bit taken back with how patronising and defensive customer service were when l queried this. It seems that the Resident ticket option is NOT something they want readily available and known about.

Why have you moved the the number 12 bus stop from out side sainsbury at castlepoint I now have walk further and cross a busy dangerous road. Absolutely stupid

I was at the bus stop and I flagged…

I was at the bus stop and I flagged down an M2 bus, and I’m sure he saw me but he didn’t stop at exactly 3:49 at longfleet Road (maybe because I’m not white). Not the first time happening to me. Please it’s discouraging for migrants

Bad service!

Have a concessionary pass but it seems can only use after 9.30 am.
Had to pay at 9.25 am and yet a stop later a woman was not charged with the same pass!
I want a refund of £2. !!

I am not happy

I am not happy. It was one of the last 14 buses.. there was a !!!BLOODY taxi!!! parked up in the bus stop.. the bus came there was more than enough room for HER to STOP!!! My partner put his arm out she saw us went to pull in and carried on driving, I am so mad I am so tired and pregnant now have to wait an hour , you read that a BLOODY HOUR for the same divy driver to return, just you wait till I see her ..

M2 bus 20.18 from bournemouth square 30/3/24 direction Poole...never seen such an agressive driver towards customers...driving was awful , obviuosly late getting home..absoloute disgrace to his company.. felt physically unsafe because of him..

Awful

Awful! What happened to Bournemouth since covid/Brexit? I really miss yellow bus, it was much better! It is unbelievable that such an important place as an hospital doesn't have any accessibility! Almost not buses available, only every 30 minutes or more, and never at a time that actually is good for staff to go to work or go back home. Most of the times, especially in the mornings is just a small bus which makes the buses full and we need to go to work or back home standing all the time after a 12h shift day or night! Or when the only option is walking back home because there's just another bus after almost one hour. Going from boscombe to the hospital is a nightmare when could be such a short travel! Plus more than once I had bus drivers that pretended to see me, I tried to stopped them but they didn't when it was not even delayed, it was the right time, knowing that I was with uniform and I was going to work. They are also delayed a lot of times. We pay a lot for bus passes and the service is absolutely awful. It should be much better. Yellow bus please come back

Whats the point in timetables..

Hardly see the point in timetables when drivers completly ignore them. M1 day time always late without fail and evening way too early so alway end up having to walk home. Live times feature also useless, I can physically see the bus drive passed the stopes it's supposed to be 10 minutes away from.

You learn to tell the time in primary school so what's the drivers excuse.

Terrible service

Terrible service. For us that rely on these buses to get to work on time it's an absolute disgrace, the m1 and m2 never run on time, if they bother going at all. I never get to work on time now, and I know it's the same for a lot of people. The company should be fined and sacked if they can't sort this out and run a decent service. I take a bus to try and do a small bit for the environment, but this company are making it impossible to do so. MP's sort this company out.

While prices keep going up, the service quality is going down!

Now they are the only bus company in the town, they increase their prices as often as they want and skip any bus they want. They never stick with the timetables - especially with m2!

I almost missed my train to London last week. There was a ‘1a’ bus on the timetable and on the app which was supposed to arrive to Boscombe Crescent at 6.44am. As usual, it didn’t turn up and disappeared on the app. The next bus was arriving too late. I had to take a cab and waste £7 to catch my train. I pay for monthly ticket for a reason… They increased prices 3 times in one year but they are less reliable now. They were always bad but they have been getting worse and worse since they become a monopoly.

Yesterday, I arrived at the Boscombe Crescent bus stop at 5.05pm to catch m2. I probably missed the bus which was scheduled for 5.07… Next bus supposed to be at 5.15 but it never arrived. Next bus arrived at 5.25 which was extremely packed. 2 minutes later two bus arrived together - one was empty and the one I took had only 2 people on it! Whoever is coordinating m2 should have been sacked by now! m2 is scheduled for every 8 minutes. You usually wait 15-20 minutes but 3 of them move from Southbourne and arrive at the Boscombe at same time. It’s been like that for 2 years, nothing has changed! I was 15 minutes late to work! When I make complaints, they blame the traffic as if I’m stupid and don’t see their live buses and the traffic online…

This company is full of rude drivers who ignore everyone pointing at the bus stop and decide drive pass. They won’t let you use the bus when they don’t have change for £10 or £20 notes.

They have to hire people who can actually coordinate these buses properly and hire people who will update their app if they will skip a bus or any delays for any reason. It’s 2023 and maybe they should invest on AI and improve their technology.

Chaos

I have to take 4 buses a day to get to and from work and it is a gamble whether they will turn up on time if at all. When they do eventually come they are ram packed because they have only sent one out of four scheduled buses. Then it takes 40 minutes for a journey that is supposed to take 17 minutes. Everyday it’s the same thing. They are happy to take your money (£70 a month for inner town zone) for sub standard service.The buses are filthy the drivers are rude. They drive past customers clearly signalling and shout at customers when their cards don’t work for their tap on tap off. Dealing with these buses is the worst part of my day but unfortunately there is no other company that does my route. No wonder people would rather drive.
