Moonhaven customer service and support team is 10 out 10. I had an issue with sizing.
They responded very quick and offered solution, so we made a very easy exchange. Im very pleased with quality of the garments. Although i did order only underwear.
I would recomend this brand to everyone, but also i would recomend to read details about the garments like size, type of materials etc...

WI placed my order on January 20th and it still hasn’t shipped (today is Feb 22nd).

Customer service is very slow to respond and hasn’t provided any real updates.

They will not refund items that have not shipped, frustrating, will be filing complaints.

I placed an order a couple of days ago, and have still not received any confirmation, that my order has been shipped. I have written to your customer service, without receiving any reponse. I have never ordered anything and gottwn no response. I now see after reading the reviews that this is a repeated occurrence with this company. I wish I would have done my research before purchasing.

Please return to me, so I know, when I can expect to receive my order or refund my money so I do not have to wait a month like others that have done business with you…

Bought for my girlfriend for valentines day! She loved it :)

I placed an order on January 31, and it still has not arrived. My order was split into two packages:
Package 1: Shows as “in transit,” but I cannot track it at all — no updates or movement.
Package 2: The shipping label was created on January 31, but nothing has been updated since then.

I’ve been waiting for weeks with no clear tracking information or delivery date. It’s very frustrating, and I don’t know whether this company is legitimate or a scam. Please improve your communication and tracking!

Ordered some nice lingerie for my girlfriend last week. Great design and good quality.

Took more than two weeks to deliver. Also the quality is not the same. I ordered laced lingerie set in red, and it’s not the same as in the pictures.

Het slaapmasker was op meerdere manieren fantastisch!
Ik heb hem gekocht om mee te nemen op Reis nu is het zelfs in de zon nog donker met dit masker op. Maar waar ik (en zo’n 100 andere) nog blijer mee was; In het vliegtuig was er een kind aan het huilen dat zij zo moe was maar niet kon slapen. Een beetje ongemakkelijk maar uiteindelijk bood ik het masker aan. Ze waren er blij mee en waren onder de indruk hoe luxe die was.
En ik zat amper terug in mijn stoel of het meisje sliep al! Top product!!!

I recently ordered a set from Moonhaven and I’m honestly really pleasantly surprised. The quality is great, at least as good as my sets from Intimissimi or Victoria’s Secret, but for a much better price.

They have so many beautiful sets and colors to choose from. Something that’s really important to me is that everything still looks good after washing, and this definitely does. The color doesn’t fade and the set keeps its shape.

It’s comfortable, feels luxurious, and just looks really nice. For this price, I honestly didn’t expect it to be this good. I’ll definitely be ordering again.

I don’t have any personal experience with Moonhaven myself, but I bought a beautiful set for my girlfriend. She’s really happy with it and the quality is great. It has already been through the wash twice and the quality is still the same. So yes, this is definitely a great gift to give your girlfriend.
