Hello everyone!
I have a question, is there anyone who ask for money back, because didn't receive package on time ( 7-12 days) like they say.
It's almost 6 weeks since I ordered a jacket and sweater but I still didn't receive it so I ask them to keep package and return my money back. How long it takes

unreliable and unpredictable. Quality ranges from ok to bad but can't expect great for the price! The designs are seductive and hard to resist BUT I've found two American-based fashion companies with the same design style. Great customer service and totally reliable. Choosy and Marigold Shadows. I have no connection to either except as a happy customer. Sad experience tells me to avoid buying from companies that have no presence in the US.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS VENDOR. THEY DO NOT HAVE QUALITY CLOTHES, THE FIT IS OFF, THE MATERIAL IS CHEAP AND IT TAKES FOREVER TO GET YOUR PRODUCT JUST TO BE DISAPPOINTED.

The package arrived on time (5-7 business days), even though it was during thanksgiving and Black Friday. I bought a puffer jacket and it was just as I expected it to be. I ordered it from the US. The only thing is that the tracking number did not work, but that usually happens with international shipping, since mail services usually have different tracking systems.

Please read I almost shop exclusively on line health reasons. I was delighted by clothes in the pictures .l never spend more than $100 dollars and I have had a couple of mistakes.but it’s not the end of the world. l ordered 5 pieces for$103. Australian.I was told 7-12 days 6 weeks workmanship dreadful ,material awful I couldn’t try them. Of course to return is bordering on impossible and $100 won’t kill me but I know what I’m spending with regulars companies I don’t order that much but like all I’m not into waste it’s all in st vinnies charity bin. Hello eveybody. I write from Spain, Barcelona. The expirience with Moongor was good. I ordered 12 items. Then I started to read the reviews. I was scared, because the most of reviews was about bad expirience. I understood that not all is good , BUT when I received the order all things ( skirts, dresses, t-shirts) was good. Yes, it is true that you shood wait LONG time. I waited the arivale of items between 2 or 3 weeks, but it is ok. All items suites me and the size is correct. This is the most important thing. Only 2 dresses I will present to my friends, because the size is very big. But 10 items suites very very good. the quolity of dresses is good. i think that the point is to make the choice if items very carefull. You shoud really see your size, and mesure sm of beast etc. This way you will order the correct size. The body of chinese people and our european bodies are not the same. But what I can say for sure, that I love this clothes very much! So, I will repeat the shopping for sure next year.

If possible, I would give Moongor 0 stars.
I ordered 4 items 4 weeks ago, and recieved 2 of the items a few days back. The one item was nothing like the description or pictures, and both items smell awfull from chemicals. The smell even after washing.
So... I still haven't recieved 2 items, 1 items is som ill-looking I can't wear it, 1 item looks okay, but stinks.
Worst clothing company ever! Don't trust and don't buy!!!

I bough a dress that was a disappointment in every sense, from the fabric to the model (which doesn't seem like the one on photo) and especially the size. The size chart on their website is completely incorrect. I followed their instructions to choose the size of the dress but in this way they made me take a dress 22 centimeters bigger (and not just a margin of 1-3 centimeters as explained on their website page). But the biggest disappointment was when I asked to return the dress and they wanted me to pay for the return shipping even though I took the wrong size because their size chat was wrong. Absurd! In the end I had to keep a dress that I will never wear because it's way too big (after many back and forth emails, they gave me 13 dollars refund which are not even enough to get the dress fixed) . So really disappointed by their customers service too.
They also don't post my review on their website page, wonder why!!!

If it was possible I'd give it 0 stars. I bought a dress which appeared to be made of cotton or a cotton mix with a another cotton garment over it. After ages it arrived. It's made of transparent nylon. It's a completely different shape to that illustrated. The asymmetrical hem is so short on one side that my underwear shows, all bad enough. But... all I get from them is an offer to give me 10 dollars (!) - a quarter of what I paid and to keep it (why? To put in the bin?) or they say I can return it to China with huge postage involved. This despite the address for returns on the package being in London
This is the second (Chinese) Internet Co I've found on Instagram and been ripped off by. If we, the equally fed up reviewers here all contacted Instagram to point out that they're advertising companies who don't adhere to the laws in the countries they're dealing in and are stealing from customers, hopefully Instagram, Facebook and the like would stop placing their ads. Let's do it. Just write to Instagram/Facebook etc now

I recently received my clothes from Moongor which took a long time to arrive. I am in England.i had messaged their customers service as I was concerned at how long it was taking to arrive and I was massaged back each time with a different tracking page that gave me the correct information on where my parcel was. They were helpful and always replied.
The clothes are lovely and well made. I have washed them and the have stayed the same.
The only down side was the shoes. I ordered at 37 but the shoes are small. I think they have been made for barbie🤣 so if you do order shoes go up at least 2 sizes. Saying that the shoes are also well made and all in all I can not fault this company. I will be definitely ordering from them again.

Terrible .... it said 2 to 7 days delivery ..... it took 4 weeks and even then I had to pay £11 because they hadn’t paid enough postage ..... When I complained they offered £3 ‘compensation’!!!! Very disappointing...... don’t be fooled by them!

Shocking! I ordered a pair of pants and yes they didn’t fit. They negotiated ridiculous refunds and payments to not send the pants back. I returned them months ago and still no refund. They’ve been sitting awaiting clearance for 3 months in order for me to get a refund. Never ever again! I doubt I will see my refund

First and foremost, know that I am NOT PAID by Moongor to write this review, as some people suggested to those who gave 5-star rating. I'm writing this because I feel it's necessary, and I feel I should tell others about my own experience purchasing from Moongor.

I read all the reviews AFTER I bought several clothes from Moongor. I know that most of these clothing websites are based in China, as I had several past experiences with AliExpress, which surprisingly can be trusted. But then Chinese people are also known as scammers, and all the ratings here made me convinced I just got scammed from Moongor. So I reached their customer service numerous times, and yes, their CS was AWFUL. It was obvious that they are Chinese disguised as whites (with those white names) as their grammars and coherence were really bad. They actually responded to my emails, although as not as immediate as I hoped. But they, without fail, replied every email I sent. And yes, Chinese tracking numbers are not to trust because it does not have clear data on the package delivery, and it's not just Moongor. Almost every Chinese website is like that.

Yes, I have to admit that their overall management is not the best; they are late at updating the shipment data and slow at responding customers emails, but that does not make Moongor entirely bad. I just received the package today and I really didn't expect anything grand per the review, but honestly, I'm truly, truly surprised, hence the 5-star I'm giving. The clothes fit me perfectly. Why is that? It's because I'm also an Asian.

It's no secret that Moongor is a Chinese clothing company. They make clothes that fit most Asian body type, which tends to be much more petite than other races. So if you're a white, and you purchased some clothes from Moongor, don't expect it will fit your body type. But for fellow Asians, Moongor actually sells beautiful clothes, although it's a little overpriced.

But yes, I agree that Moongor should be better at managing the website and sales.

Has anyone ordered any shoes from this website? How long will it take to reach Dubai, UAE?

Can I give LESS than 1 star? DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, it is a scam! Their clothes are terrible quality, and it is literally impossible to return anything. If you try, they will offer you a tiny portion of your money back instead (they tried to offer me $25 back on $90 worth of clothes I was trying to return). Then, if you DO manage to get an address to return things to, they will make you ship it to China, which will likely cost you more than the clothing itself. Once there, the Chinese customs will hold your order for at least a month before sending it back to you and you're back where you started, but now out twice as much money as you were before. Their customer service agents are intentionally obtuse and it is infuriating. AVOID.

So I was seduced by all the cool fashion shots on Instagram and Facebook that I became obsessed with Moongor and their other nameplates. I bought 9 dresses even after reading the bad reviews. I didn't know what to expect. It took about 2 weeks to receive via the postal system. I initially got an email tracking confirmation that was in Chinese and I couldn't translate so that was pointless. Lol. However when I got the clothes I was pleasantly surprised. The quality was pretty good and what I would expect for a $30 dress. There were only 2 quality issues. One dress was sewn crooked in the back. (It wasn't a design choice , it was crooked!) And the other issue was one of the dresses was a polka-dot bat-wing dress but instead was just a polka-dot shirt dress. That aside the biggest issue was the SIZING!!! So I read all the reviews about being too small so I made sure to follow their provided sizing measurements to ensure these would fit me. Unfortunately THEIR MEASUREMENTS ARE WAY OFF on the website. No way did these dresses measure what they claimed. Hahaha. It was unbelievable. Here's the conclusion. The "free sizing" is the equivalent of an American XL , the measurements are wrong on the website. The models are the size of a 10-12 year old American girl. They are "TWEEN" size wearing an American XL to achieve the oversized look they are going for. So if an XL looks oversized on you then go for it. I will be altering these dresses to make them fit since Moongor doesn't allow exchanges or returns.

I was very reluctant to order from Moongor , after reading horrible reviews. But the very stylish looks and affordable prices , persuade me to buy anyway. I thought for $70 , if it horrible - I will just throw it away and will not stress about it. I was very pleasantly surprised. Shipment was relatively fast - just 2 weeks. The 2 dresses that I ordered , looked exactly like in the pictures . The only difference , in the pictures dresses presented by size 2 ( or 0 ) models. I wear size 14 and “ One Size” fits me comfortably , but not as big as on size 2 18 YO Model . Confection appears of descent quality. Fabric looks not luxurious, but do you really expect Italian quality linen on $30-$40 dress?! People have no shame to complain !!! You can look last word fashion plate and throw it after 1 season . I WILL ORDER AGAIN . Thank you
