I ordered several items and need to return half the order due to sizing and quality issues. They give you a 14 day return window. But they never respond to emails and tell you how to return. You can't return without contacting them first. they force you to miss their window for returns. They also use aliases on Facebook, - many different names besides Moongor. I won't buy from them again. Once their product is out the door and they have your money, GOOD LUCK if you need to return anything. Very disappointed!!! and out money!!!

I've ordered about 7 times. I love the loose, flowing clothes they offer. Occasionally the stripes are not fully aligned, but everyone is not as picky about lines matching like me. I love them and think they are reliable.
Don't know about return policies because I am not returning anything to China when Goodwill is easier.

Never sent the full order... items missing.. tracking is no good... don’t respond to emails... I would not recommend buying anything off this website...

I had never receive my order, they are thieves, this website is a fraud, all items are sent from China and it will never arrive. They know it but they keep stealing the money from the people, the customer service is a joke. And of course they dont want to refund my money.
NEVER BUY NOTHING IN THIS FRAUD WEBSITE!!

Jeans Size is unbelievably SMALL!
That is the saddest part, I can’t fit into the jeans. I’m a size 8-10 and the XL is way too tight. Guess I have to lose 15 lbs.

Once again I got my order and I am pleased. I brought a coat last year and I love it. Brought a dress 2 weeks ago and I got it. It is cute and once this whole quarantine this is over I can't wait to wear it. Ordering a jump suit soon.

The same experience than as many. They don’t answering my emails. Till now I didn’t get what I ordered. I wish I read more about them before I ordered. I will put also a reference on fase book and Instagram. They has to be stopped

Never, ever order anything from this company, took forever for product to arrive after several emails sent to inquire on order. When product arrived was not as pictured, poorly made and was suppose to line was cotton, not at all what I ordered or expected.
I asked for refund, paid $37.99, I was told the only refund would be $7.00 even though I offered to return product.
Therefore, I repeat DO NOT order anything from Moongor.

... Scrivo per avvisare chi rischia di fare il mio stesso errore... NON COMPERATE QUI!.... Ordino a inizio febbraio 4 capi,.... Ne arriva 1 a metà marzo, dopo aver sollecitato settimanalmente,.. Mancano 3 capi e siamo ad aprile e non mi vogliono rimborsare

they don't answer your e-mails about returning, they only send half of an order and charge for the whole order. Actually, my issues with them started BEFORE the corona pandemonium and is still pending now one month later. Do not shop there if you are not 100% sure you will keep what you buy and if you do, do not pay through PAYPAL - they were of no help at all about the transaction. I had to cancel through my CC company itself.

Just as true as other reviews, i place order in Moongor web site on March 5th, i NEVER received my order as promise as 7-12 days!!! and still waiting and waiting....!!!!! i hate my self to order with Scam website !! they got no way to track package, and no customer service at all!! definitely a waste of money!!

It's been about a month and I still haven't received my merchandise. I ordered and after I pushed the submit button, I realized that the Company was based in China. God, I was so angry with myself. I'm still waiting on the merchandise (jeans and a sweater), but from the comments I doubt if they will fit properly. I hope I haven't wasted my hard earned money

Moongor never sent me my order. I order three things. Got one thing that was not even near to what I ordered. I never received the other items I ordered and there was no way to communicate or send the atrocious, item that they did send back. It had mouse feces on it. This company is a scam. About two weeks after my order I got a notification from Google that someone from China was trying to break I to my account. This company is just a criminal front.

I have had excellent luck with their dresses. I have bought two so far and they are identical to what I’ve seen in the pictures. A shirt I bought I didn’t like but it’s because I didn’t look closely at the internet picture. In the picture was a stripe down the sleeve I had not noticed before and in person did not like. I would recommend this company.
