No existe una atención al cliente. Por lo que veo todos estamos igual con su política de cambios y devoluciones. No cumplen con ella.

Solicite la devolución de una prenda porque me quedaba grande y me compré la talla menor tal y como indica en la página web. Nunca me llegó el mail de confirmación de donde devolver la prenda. Me puse en contacto en numerosas ocasiones con ellos tanto por Instagram como por correo electrónico sin respuesta. A las dos semanas decidí enviar yo la sudadera a la dirección que indicaban en la web y les volví a escribir comentándoselo para que iniciaran el reembolso, obviamente sin recibir respuesta por su parte. Mande el paquete certificado y cuando me asegure que había sido entregado les volví a escribir, otra vez sin respuesta. Ya a los días enfadada, les mandé otro correo diciendo que tomaría medidas legales si no recibía el reembolso y me dicen que me lo hacen en crédito para su tienda (cuando yo ya había pagado la otra sudadera). Finalmente después de enfadarme me confirman que me harán el reembolso al mismo método de pago.
Espero que no me tarde tanto como a los demás…

Es una empresa a la que llevo comprando tiempo sudaderas y la verdad que son sudaderas de calidad. Este último pedido por error mío realicé un pedido dos veces, me puse en contacto con ellos para cancelar uno de ellos, y la verdad que han sido súper rápidos en darme respuesta y en gestionarme la cancelación del pedido y el reembolso del dinero.

Llevo desde el día 3 de noviembre solicitando una devolución por un fallo de fábrica del producto comprado y no recibo respuesta. También realicé un pedido ese mismo día y a día de hoy todavía no he recibido el producto, ni confirmación de que haya sido enviado.
Por lo que tengo dos productos comprados y sin poder usar ninguno de los dos.

J'ai commandé un article début septembre, je ne l'ai pas reçu malgré mes relances par mail à l'adresse mail contact de la marque. Aucune nouvelle.

Ma commande ne m’a toujours pas été livrée depuis juin. De plus le service après-vente ment délibérément !
de vrais escrocs.

They basically stole my money. Placed an order months ago and still waiting for it. Sent them an email which they replied saying they would deal with this, but nothing changed. Sent them a few more emails since then without an answer.

Scam! You never receive your paid orders!!

I placed an order and paid for it 21 days ago. A few days later I wrote to them to see about my order status. They replied that they were soon going to let me know once the order was sent. later I sent two more messages, but I've got no answers at all. I'm so angry at companies like Moondaybrand that go robbing people and they get away with it.

Cela fait deux mois que je suis en attente de ma commande. J'ai réussi à avoir un retour du service client au début, mais depuis un mois plus de son, plus d'image.
Le plus pathétique est que je vois encore de la pub sur Instagram pour promouvoir la marque.

I placed an order and only received the confirmation email, without any updates. Their customer service is simply terrible, they don't respond or resolve issues. They said I would receive the order on Wednesday, but nothing happened. I will definitely not be buying from them again. I will certainly seek legal recourse for this.

Unfortunately not as good anymore as it was.
I first ordered like a year ago some clothes. I was super happy, fast delivery nice quality and even some stickers as a gift.
So on July 7th I ordered a bikini and a skirt.
I got a confirmation for my order immediatly. But no shipping info. I contacted moondaybrand and they replied fast, but with no usefull answer on when my package will arrive. Then on 24th of july they shipped my package and it arrived today. I waited one whole month instead of 4-6days of shipping!
I was dissapointed with the quality, not as is used to be. Even the zipper from the skirt is brocken as it arrived. Not what I would expect from a 60€ skirt.
Very dissapointing.
I won‘t order here again.

Hice un pedido de una falda que se perdió, entiendo que estas cosas pueden pasar, pero no respondían mis emails, tuve que andar detrás de ellos para recibir el artículo y una respuesta. Pagué 5 euros por gastos de envío y el producto llegó dos semanas después cuando en teoría son 24-48 horas.

Al recibirlo la cremallera no funciona, hace más de una semana he solicitado la devolución, he mandado ya 3 emails y nadie me responde a donde debo devolverla.

Pésima gestión, peor atenció al cliente.

As many have already told in this reviews it's been more than a month since I did my order (june 30th). Obviously they took the money, send a confirmation email and nothing else. I write an email asking for an update. They told me that at the end of the week my package will be delivered, that was july 18th. I'm still waiting for my package or at least an update.
I guess if I continue to have no response I will search a legal way to resolve this.

Aankoop gedaan in mei, bestelling nooit ontvangen. Het zou op terugweg zijn naar Moonday. Na 4 maanden hebben zij mijn bestelling nog steeds niet ontvangen en willen nog steeds wachten. Krijg mijn geld ook niet terug!

I ordered a sweater on July 1st and still haven’t received anything. No response to multiple emails. The tracking number I got says UPS hasn’t received the package.

Poor communication, no delivery, no refund, feels like a scam. Would not recommend ordering from this brand.
