Mooncourt is a club for collectors. We release graded trading cards, art toys, art and selected sneakers in drops: limited pieces from leading manufacturers, notable collections and artists we work with directly.
Every drop works the same way. The price is fixed and published before the drop opens. Every member can take part in every drop, one participation is always included. When the drop closes, the piece is allocated at random among everyone who took part. Nobody pays until a piece is allocated to them, and nobody has to be fastest, luckiest with a refresh button or willing to pay resale prices.
Pro members collect Moonpoints every day and use them for additional participations, get free shipping, member-only drops and specials, and a Pro Membership Card.
Every piece is handpicked. We check condition, provenance and grading before it goes into a drop, and we ship worldwide, insured and carefully packed, within five to eight business days after the drop ends.
Mooncourt is run by M3TA Collective GmbH in Dortmund, Germany, founded in 2022. More than 3,500 collectors are registered, and more than 1,000 collectibles have been released through drops so far.
If something goes wrong with an order, write to support@mooncourtclub.com. We answer ourselves, and we would rather fix a problem than argue about it.

MOONCOURT is the Place to be!!
Mooncourt has been a dream come true for Sneaker lovers with a lot of new items being slowly incorporated into and for the community. Those who are not aware of them are for sure missing out on a lot of GOOD EXPERIENCE.
If you're hearing about MOONCOURT for the first time i'd 100% recommend joining in.

Never again
I won 1 shoe during the duration of more than 1 year (which was a fearly easy to get one) and because of internal issues from Kickz side I had to wait 9 months just to get my money back. The support I received during that time was abysmal and I was sometimes ghosted for multiple weeks. After I received my money back I said that I don‘t want to have anything to do with mooncourt anymore and I asked if I could get my money back and have my ballers removed. That was not possible and all I got offered is a Kickz Voucher. Biggest waste of time and money ( for me personally) I‘ve had in a long time!
Edit:
This response is completely ridiculous as I said that I don‘t want to have anything to do with Kickz anymore and all they did was to offer me a 50€ coupon for Kickz which is nowhere near a „fair“ solution.

We're sorry to hear that you had a negative experience. At Mooncourt, we place great value on user support and strive for transparent communication.
Unfortunately, we have no influence over the availability and internal processes of our partners, in this case, Kickz. We understand that the long waiting time was frustrating and appreciate your patience during the process.
Regarding your raffle participation, the number of wins depends on which raffles you entered and how you allocated your Moonpoints. We do not control individual raffle outcomes, as they are based on the entries and competition in each draw.
As for your request for a refund and the removal of your Ballers, we did offer a goodwill solution, but this was declined. While we regret that this did not meet your expectations, we always aim to find fair and feasible solutions for our community.

A community for sneaker and basketball enthusiasm. They take most of common payment methods in case of winning in their raffle for sneakers or collectible items. Chances are higher, fair and it is always entertaining. Worth every investment and sources. Super recommended
