Anfangs noch gute Kontakte zu Kickz gehabt und somit zu fairen Preisen Sneaker uvm. verkauft nun aber größtenteils schlechte Preise und eher Müll als wirkliche Sammlergegenstände schon gar nicht tolle Sneaker mehr im Angebot.

Ich war früher sehr zufrieden mit Mooncourt. Es gab eine starke Community, regelmäßige Events, viele Sneaker-Drops und echte Mehrwerte für Mitglieder. Leider hat sich das in den letzten Monaten komplett verändert.

Versprochene Vorteile bleiben aus, es gibt kaum noch Aktivitäten oder Drops, und stattdessen häufen sich leere Versprechungen sowie fragwürdige Partnerschaften. Zudem werden inzwischen viele weniger gefragte oder unbeliebte Sneaker in Mystery Boxen gepackt, offenbar um diese Restbestände loszuwerden – als Kunde fühlt man sich dabei eher getäuscht als begeistert.
Zum verbliebenen CEO muss man eigentlich nicht viel sagen – er scheint mehr damit beschäftigt zu sein, Kurzvideos auf diversen Plattformen zu drehen, als sich um die Community oder das „Projekt“ zu kümmern.

Betrug. Habe ein mal gewonnen und Geld bezahlt und seit über einen Monat nichts erhalten. Zudem kostet es Geld überhaupt mit zu machen. Bin sehr enttäuscht. Habe zum ersten mal was gewonnen und nichts bekommen.

I have been a Mooncourt Member for a long time and was part of their Discord before they even really launched their Mooncourt NFTs. Over time, I have continuously had some bad experiences.

At first, I looked away from all their bad things as everything was new for them and they had a lot of potential to improve. I mean, just the idea of having a platform with NFTs that would make Sneaker Raffles actually fair is a great idea, and I really hoped that Mooncourt would be a way to get many interesting Sneakers for retail. Honestly, it's the only reason why I stayed there for such a long time.

First of all, all of their communication is handled via their own Discord server. There is no other real way to get information from them, and to use certain NFT features you need to join the server. Sometimes, server moderation is mediocre, and I have often seen bots trying to scam people.

On the Shop page for buying the Legacy Tier, it was once mentioned that Legacy Tier Users would get a discount on Kickz. We never actually received the discount, and the team said on Discord that it was out of their control. At least they removed this promise from the shop site.

They once made a special Raffle for the Ben and Jerrys Dunks. People had the chance to win these shoes by getting a membership. The winner of the raffle was supposed to be drawn in a livestream on Twitch. The person who would have streamed got sick, and the livestream got canceled. Mooncourt has not yet drawn the winner or announced it publicly and has not even given a clear date for the draw. This special promotion was about 5 months ago. Their reasoning for not drawing the winner was that they wanted to include the drawing in an event: "We want to make sure it’s not just a raffle, but a real community celebration" (taken from the message of a team member on Discord).

There are generally one or more people in the team who constantly engage in often pointless discussions, and sometimes these discussions escalate and become personal. One team member actually once made fun of a person and became rude when someone else openly accused them of potentially rigging the raffles because a team member won a raffle. Don't get me wrong, I do not side at all with the person making the false claim of having rigged raffles, but the way the team actually communicates with people is highly unprofessional.

The Mooncourt team has sometimes given partially inconsistent information. I have even witnessed one situation where this could have resulted in people losing their raffle wins while still having spent their Moonpoints. In a livestream where winners were drawn live, it was said that the winners had a longer time to pay for the won products than it actually was. On Discord, after the livestream ended, it was communicated that the winners had a shorter time period for paying than it was said during the livestream. One winner even failed to pay until the given deadline in Discord, and the products were then raffled again. The announcement for a re-raffle actually went live before the deadline mentioned in the livestream had even run out.

They are really not transparent with shipping. Sometimes they have said that they would ship out all items by a certain day but didn't stick to it. I even was able to see when it was actually shipped, and once it was a few days too late without ever communicating that there would be a delay. Additionally, they are really slow with fulfilling certain orders. Some people have even complained that they hadn't received an update a month after they had placed their order. Nothing ever stated that it would take a long time to ship or that there would be a delay. They actually communicated nothing to the people who had ordered.

Another thing I really dislike is the fact that pretty much everything on their platform got worse. It was once only for sneakers but now they have many Raffles with collectibles. The worst part about it is that these collectibles often cost the same on other platforms. They also ran some promotions where you could buy sneakers for €10 below retail. At the same time, some retailers put exactly the same sneakers on sale right after release because these sneakers were so unpopular. There are many sneaker raffles that you can easily get from other retialers without any problems and sometimes it's even cheaper. This honestly feels like it's a waste of Moonpoints. Good raffles became rare and are now incredibly hard to get. Pretty much the opposite that Mooncourt intented to stand for.

Sadly, Trustpilot doesn't allow more characters; otherwise, I would have talked about many more problems. This company has lost all trust for me, and I can suggest everyone to stay away from them for now. Some problems that I have mentioned can even lead to some legal problems for them.
