I’ve always been very impressed with Monstraps. I own their Saffiano and Rally straps and the quality of both are outstanding. They’re incredibly comfortable as well. I’ve owned straps from other companies and the fit and finish of my straps from Monstraps are on another level. Whenever I’ve had questions over email they’ve always responded within 24 hours. I’ve also found their stated shipping times to be accurate. I will continue to support Monstraps and I look forward to my next purchase with them!

I've purchased 4 straps in the last 2 years. Each piece usually arrives with in a months time. Also, considering the travel time between Singapore to the U.S. (Los Angeles), delays can be expected. However, the quality of each strap is very nice. From the epsom and suede variations. I'm definitely a fan.

The bracelet itself is o fantastic quality and fit, but shipping is absolutely terrible. It takes almost 4 weeks to arrive.

When I had a problem with the strap I ordered, the Monstraps team worked to find out what the issue was and ultimately made things right by sending a replacement. I would definitely buy Monstraps again.

Very fast delivery to Czech Republic. The quality of the strap (navy blue rubber for Seamaster 300m) is excellent. Very comfortable and pretty! Recommended 👌

Choose better courriers rather than going to the cheapest unreliable ones. I've ordered on 25th of August, today is 29th Sep and i didn't receive the order yet.

Not yet sure about the quality of the strap however it is super pricey as well.

I’m extremely happy with this Monstraps FKM rubber strap for my Omega Seamaster Diver 300M. The fit is excellent and it feels like the genuinely high-quality OEM strap from Omega (which I own), rather than an alternative. This is my second order, the orange strap which looks fantastic against the blue dial (I also purchased a white strap for summer) and gives the watch a completely different personality.

I’ve purchased several high-end rubber straps before, and I honestly think the quality of this Monstraps strap is right there with them. The fit, finish, flexibility and overall feel are excellent, especially considering the price.

The model-specific design also makes a big difference because it fits the Seamaster properly rather than looking like a generic aftermarket strap. Overall, this is an excellent value and I would absolutely purchase from Monstraps again.

Buyer beware. Do not purchase a watch strap from this company. It will take forever and will not be what you ordered. If you order a “custom alligator strap” they will send you a poor quality regular leather one, and then not respond at all when you call them on it. Stick to Delugs and other reputable sellers.

Customer service is unresponsive. Ordered strap over 40 days ago and no response from company since.

Commande passée en décembre 2025. Reçu un bracelet qui ne correspond pas à la commande. Le site me dit fabriquer un autre bracelet, que je reçois le 30/05/2026.... la finition est mate alors que je voulais du brillant...le bout du bracelet est rond alors que d'habitude il est en ogive. Rien de ne va. Entre temps commande le 3 avril 2026, avec délais annoncé de 3-4 semaines... au 30/05....le second bracelet n'est toujours pas arrivé. A éviter!!!!

I bought a strap and it was indicated in the website that shipping takes 2-3 days, 5 days go by and the order status sill at (ordered) so i went to reddit and found out that a lot of people didn’t receive their orders , I immediately emailed them and i received a replay that my shipment is dropped at the shipping company (DHL) and with no proof or a tracking number, i knew it was a scam so I spoke with my bank and reversed that transaction on my credit card and got my money back, never ever use this scam site

This website is a scam. It’s been 2 weeks I haven’t gotten my order I’ve sent MULTIPLE emails with no response from the company. Going online I’m seeing all the other reviews about how it’s a scam and the order never comes. STAY. AWAY!!!! Total fraud and scam. Very disappointed. Will be posting this everywhere I can find.

The strap never arrived, three weeks after ordering it I received an email stating the order was never fulfilled due to a shortage of stock. No reply from customer service to any of my emails, still waiting for a refund. Hopeless at best, fraudulent at worst. Avoid at all costs.

Made an order for a strap but waited for weeks just chasing for a response as item was not yet shipped out. Eventually requested a refund as I don't know how long more should i wait.

Mind you I am based in Singapore, where Monstraps claims to be from.

I purchased an alligator square scale leather strap from Monstrap. This is an handmade product so I was fine that the order was delayed; however the alligator design was peeling off strap within a month of light use (when meeting a client, washing my hands).

I reached customer support but did not get a response whether this is a defect or if it is considered normal wear and tear.

Avoid at all cost!
They never deliver and don't react to any messages. It's a scam.
