Ordered niche shower insert shelf @ £78.45. Cancelled my order stating "the shipment has been severely delayed by 6-8 weeks" and cancelled my order. I went online straight away and the same product is now being sold for £126. They lied about the reason for cancelling. Could have been honest about it i.e incorrect price on website instead of of trying to pull the wool over customer eyes.

Many apologies for this issue experienced. There were a series of errors made on our behalf with this order. The reason given for cancelling the order was correct, due to an unexpected shipment delay. But on the telephone the information then given to you following this was incorrect, as the issue had only come to light that morning, and not everyone was aware. We had no stock whatsoever of the product, it should not have been for sale, so we could not supply it to you, no matter the price. The prices were initially hiked hugely as a temporary urgent measure to deter any other customers from purchasing, and within an hour, the product was then removed from the website once our system had updated. Apologies again for this issue experienced with this order.

Hi Brian, You placed your order with us on a Saturday which is outside of our normal working hours of Monday to Friday. Your order was processed on the Monday and delivery was attempted by DPD on the Tuesday but they were unsuccesful as nobody was available at the requested delivery address to take the delivery. DPD came back the following day and successfully delivered your order. The DPD app is great and it gives you the ability to request a leave in safe place or change of address if you require it. We are looking into extending our opening hours during 2026 to include Saturdays, so please look out for updates on this on our social media channels.
Good products and value, bad refund system
Good products and value. Refunds are another story, 3 items which didn't leave warehouse, requested refund, still waiting 7 days for this to even be processed at there office. Nothing wrong with products, cost or delivery. Definitely good quality products

Good Afternoon,
Many apologies for this issue experienced. As communicated through E-Mails, It was an admin error in our accounts department, but we were not open of a weekend to re-assure you that had it had been processed on the Friday, and the money had been taken from ourselves, but was waiting for the banks to process between themselves which takes 1-2 working days. As discussed, we agree this should definitely have been done at the start of the week, which is normally the case when an item from an order cannot be fulfilled, and we have now put procedures in place to ensure this does not happen again.
Apologies again for this bad experience, which I can assure you is most definitely not to the high standards we aim to uphold for every order which is placed with us.

Excellent service
I’m a small business owner and I know the damage one bad review can do to a company. So although I’ve left a review on another platform, I’ll leave one here because if a company does you a good turn, what one more review 😊
Called CS as I was a bit in a huff not being able to find a brass waste to fit my Belfast sink. The manufacturer told me I’d have to have one custom made. However, after trying many companies (to which many didn’t even have a phone number, couldn’t assist or don’t know) I spoke to Duncan. Duncan took my measurements, my waffle and requirements and asked to leave it with him. Less than 5 minutes later I had a returned call with what I was looking for. Gave me the product code and that was that. Less than 24 hours later, it’s on my doorstep, checked and it fitted like a dream. Exceptionally happy. Great service - next year I’ll be doing my bathroom, I’ll know where to be going then!

Monster Plumb are amazing the delivery is amazing. The customer service is amazing. I relied on them when all other suppliers failed me and they came through on time and it meant the customer got their job done. I can’t thank them enough. They really are the dogs nuts.

Lifesavers when you're in a pinch
Had a last-minute job and needed fittings urgently. MonsterPlumb not only had exactly what I needed, but they got it to me next day. Lifesavers. Quality was spot on and everything fit perfectly. Not the first time I've used them, and certainly won't be the last.

Not many reviews so thought I'd leave one. Bought on credit card to keep me safe in case they weren't trust worthy as another review implied (unfounded, people make mistakes) Only ordered two rads for now to get the free delivery, but really happy with the price and delivery time. Didn't have to deal with customer support so can't comment on that part of their business. Will be using them again.

Beware of their tricks.
I ordered £136. worth of materials from MonsterPlumb, which never arrived. I received a smug email explaining they wouldn't fulfil my order because I gave them a bad review in the past. You couldn't make MonsterPlumb up ... The bad review was regarding sending cheap brass endfeed females instead of the branded copper ones I had ordered.,,,,,,,,, but it's all my fault and because I dared to refuse one of their little scams, they won't serve me now ..... boo hoo, boo hoo.

David, you are the only customer out of hundreds of thousands of customers, we have ever refused to serve, to the point you now have to make fake aliases up to try and get an order through. The order you say never arrived was immediately cancelled and refunded, along with an E-Mail to make you aware your custom is not welcome here, we have told you this before, but you still persist.
For anybody reading this review for credibility, we would recommend clicking on Davids profile and looking at the reviews he has left for other companies, there is a common theme. Also the last review he left about us from a different account and our reply, which explains all in detail.
