A friend of mine was recently in a dire position: facing house repossession. As a former HMRC Senior Manager & Qualified Accountant, I stepped in to help and was able to book an immediate Zoom call with Money Release, at a time of my choosing.
Their Adviser: Asha Patel was amazing and confirmed my own research around Equity Release and provided a myriad of other options and advice; all for free and with no pressure at all. She put my anxious friend at ease immediately, with her enchanting personality and sense of humour.

What a great company, had a few problems with my equity release namely with an insulated roof, which they overcame and solved the problems. Tim and Carol were absolutely marvelous kept us informed from start to finish, well done guys can't thank you enough, would give you 10.

The on-line Calculator is advertised as "no personal details required". This is a lie. You cannot complete the calculation without filling in name and address and contact details.

We were very nervous when we decided to take the plunge into equity release as it’s such a huge step. However with the truly professional and patient support of Joe we found the whole process so smooth and easy. There was never a time when we felt anxious and any concerns were addressed quickly and most importantly, in plain English.

Once paperwork was completed our case was handed over to Carol who continued the process in the same professional and smooth manner right through to completion keeping us informed every step of the way.
