I have had an issue with money jar but the customer support contacted me quickly and in my language (portuguese). My problem was solved in a short time by Joao and he helped me with a good strategy to convert BRL into euros as well, great service

I converted all his BRL into EUR using this app, and although the rates were ok, the window conversion made me desperate at first. I had a huge problem losing my accomodation because my account got blocked when i needed to pay for it. I contacted them and they kept saying everything was fine, when it obviously wasnt.

However, the salesman Joao helped him doing an outstanding job like helping me with his documentation, finding another accommodation. Even though, i think the company was negligent when I obviously had my account blocked, the way they helped me with other things make me happy.

At the end everything is sorted with the bank now 👍🏻

They have held my money (over 5k by the way) for over two months now simply because I’ve been receiving money for my friend. They asked me to prove these payments and I sent them all the necessary information (even bank statements from the friend that was send me money) and still to this day. They have not released my money and are refusing to update or even tell me how long their reviewing process is going to take . This is a horrible bank and you should never ever think about using their services. Their customer service is absolutely horrible and have never once helped me with anything.

Same as others, can't get my money out. It's blocked, been taken for a fool on their support line. Proceeding with legal action, but will be hard to track them down. Avoid at all costs!!!

In all my years having bank accounts in various countries, I have never encountered such shockingly abysmal service. I have been expecting money in my account now for over a month and turns out they have blocked my account without informing me. This is literally my income so I’m now in limbo. Like others have said, I have called, emailed and used the in app chat and haven’t gotten any response. Its wild that a bank can exist and lock people out of their hard earned money in a cost of living crisis and be totally unreachable! I will be making a formal complaint to the Financial Ombudsman because this should not have to happen to anyone else

I don't usually write reviews but this is my second time writing about moneyjar I've just closed my account with great relief to know my money is no longer with these cowboys seriously avoid this so called bank they lost my money one time it took a month to activate my card the app really does not function well customer service is almost non existent and when you do get in contact with a real person they are rude and condescending do not trust them with

Literally don’t put your money on this bank hands, they don’t have costumer support and anybody answer the phone, my money’s been frozen for over a month and costumer is vulnerable cause you can’t do anything, this is scam
I sent them all the documentation and explanations about what they ask for and they answer every three days and start over again with the same problem

The phone app itself feels like sometimes doesn't want you to log in your account apart from that it's really frustrating logging into your account and see that your deposit has vanished away and it went straight to 0 with no aparent reason.

Terrible customer service and the App is not great either.theres nobody on the phone or live chat or to answer emails I'm trying to activate a card the last few days it's very frustrating avoid this bank

I can't log into the app in any way, I've tried to reset my password but the app doesn't work and I try to call money jar but they never answer me

Had multiple issues with Money Jar over time. Both me and my partner's money seems to be lost or miscalculated over a long period. New and old account statements for the same period has different amounts, with the new ones being lower.
Customer support is hard to reach. I'm back to trustworthy banks.
