My experience with Monarch delivery company was excellent. My car arrived in great condition. And in a fast timely matter, I definitely will use them again in the future.If I ever need my car to be shipped anywhere.

I would not recommend hiring this company. They initially quoted one price, then attempted to increase the cost by 54% before pickup. In my experience, this felt like a bait-and-switch: they attracted my business with a lower quote, then changed the price at the last minute. They did not even sent it out to a carrier and did nothing for the fees.

When I declined the new price, they attempted to charge a $149 cancellation fee. Although they agreed not to apply the fee, they charged it anyway.

I recommend choosing a company that guarantees its pricing and honors its quotes. We ultimately found another company that guaranteed the price, did not change the terms, and was even less expensive.

I recently put money down on my card for transport of my motorcycle. The transport was supposed to happen after June 23,2026. I called to cancel yesterday because of an accident with my motorcycle. Also, Monarch never secured a shipper.

Monarch is now going to take $149.00 from my credit card.

I will never ever recommend Monarch Shipping to anyone for shipping ever. They rip you off of money and they don’t have any conscience whatsoever.

I would be ashamed if I were them.

The driver that delivered my vehicle threatened and harassed me over text and phone, showed up at my residence unannounced and uninvited after sending a text saying he was going home, (he originally refused to deliver my vehicle there in the first place, I had to meet him somewhere to get it) withheld my car key from me after I paid him, and threatened my boyfriend with physical violence. Four police cruisers ended up responding to this disturbance called in by a third party. The monarch team just seemed to shuffle me around with multiple hollow apologies, I requested my deposit of $250 back after the incident and while someone said they would get back to me, they never did. Have not responded to any of my emails either. This company put my life in danger with their poor vetting process, and I don’t think they really care. I spent a lot of money on this service just to be threatened, harassed and made to feel unsafe in my own home. This was my first time doing this and I never will again. Don’t use. Extremely poor customer service.

trust all the bad reviews and do not use this company. I was awaiting transport and told them I will let them know once I have a Copart gate code and to not send any one to pick it up but she went ahead and schedule the pick up anyway and charged me card... I don't think I could have been any clear to not waste the drivers time and money because he won't be able to pick up anything until I have a gate code... they didnt listen to me. and she lied to me and said they closed at 7pm eastern time, knowing damn well they close at 5pm.

Do not do business with Monarch Transpirt, scheduled pickup, paid deposit required,however on day of pickup Monarch called with new price from original $690.00 to additional $1,000.00, advised price too high and Transport was cancelled by Monarch with guaranteed deposit will not be charged until pickup that never occurred; discovered my credit card was charged day of cancellation, Icalled to obtain credit and now being left on hold fir about 20 minutes, called back and now being ghosted, called back 3 times straight to voicemail then I sent text messages that was ignored.

This company is borderline completely fraudulent, I would highly recommend you all steer away immediately.

Their communication is a 2/10 at best, their ploy is to oversell you on delivery timelines and then tell you that you can pay double the initial quote to get it delivered a day or two after your multiple day delays.

Then when they fail to provide you with the service they sold you on they charge you a 150$ cancellation fee. This is a complete scam service that brand bids on Google for competitor sites to be top on advertising.

They are a contracting agency they attempts to find drivers but portrays themselves as a transport group

Believe it or not, their truck caught fire and burned the vehicle.

My 1987 Honda Hurricane left origin in operation when it got to destination there was damage to the gas tank (huge dent) the fairings were scratched the leather seat was stretched out and wrinkles and the brake calipers were no longer bolted to the bike they were hanging from the brake line. Because this is a classic we are having a lot of trouble finding someone to fix the body damage and mechanical issues. My motorcycle no longer runs as of now

The delivery was a day earlier than expected. Well organized and the car was well handled. I highly recmnend their service.

Great communication and superfast shipping, my motorcycle arrived in 2 days (800 miles) and without a scratch and a very reasonable rate. Brady Spegal is your guy, he did a fantastic job putting everything together

I wish I read the reviews before I hired this company. My initial conversation with Jennifer Garza. She was very pleasant. And gave me a nice professional quote with their letterhead and on the contract and I Agreed to it. I I had a scheduled pick up date and a delivery date The pick up date went by and I heard from no one I finally was able to get someone on the phone and it was not Jennifer Garza, which I’ve been trying to reach. She does not return phone calls or reply to emails ever very very unprofessional so they said they were working on getting another driver because the initial one backed out so then I got a text in an email stating that the new price is $370 more than the original one with no explanation again couldn’t get Jennifer Garza on the phone at all ever always in a meeting always on the phone always an excuse from someone else with the Net company if you can get them on the phone. Poor communication with the driver he had no information as to where to go to pick up my vehicle and did not have my address to where to deliver my vehicle and have to finally getting in touch with the driver directly. We got that issue worked out I would never use this company ever again. They are very unprofessional and don’t have the common decency to return a phone call or reply to an email I felt I should not have to pay the additional cost that should’ve been on them, but I cannot get them on the phone to dispute it if I could give zero stars or negative stars I would.

Communication between team members, transport drivers and customers is minimal at best. Unable to meet quoted price and ended up paying more than quoted. I don't have a lot of experience at hiring transport companies but would say you need a lot a patience and time cannot be factor. If you're not in a hurry and ready to pay a bit more than quoted this is a decent option.

Picked up on time. Answered all my text during transport. Delivered my can am with no damage. Great carrier, I will use again.

They gave quote, for $900. Waited four days they called me and told me that they were going to raise the price by $2400 making the price $3400dollars absolutely outrageous.Then, they charge my card $155 for a convenience fee beware very unworthy company

Right on time and quick delivery to destination

There was a total lack of communication from the driver. Messages from Monarch stated I would be notified when it was picked up and get ongoing status updates. I never knew when it was picked up or even if it was picked up. Had no idea what was going on until a day after it was supposed to be delivered and it just showed up. And with a dead battery.

All the Monarch team was always very helpful but the drivers weren’t first driver apparently cancelled last minute with no warning or explanation the driver that actually made the trip didn’t seem to speak English and I had to call him for a pick up time and i had too call him to see if he delivered and my seat was on the floor of the side by side and when I asked him what happened he replied everything was delivered correctly but that was clearly not the case and he has yet to answer me after that.

I contacted Monarch based on a Google search without knowing of the company. They quickly responded with a quote which was competitive with others. I was contacted quickly to see if I had any questions. The bid went out and awarded. Monarch verified the insurance coverage. The vehicle was picked up on time and arrived as expected in two days. I have only positive things to say about my experience.
