Moft Anmeldelser

I've bought a few Moft products over the years, and I really appreciate their innovative designs and sharp looks. I like the look and feel of the Snap Duo bands, and will continue to look out for their new products.

Had an issue with a MOFT case. When I contacted MOFT they followed up and resolved the issue.

MOFT have excellent customer service from sorting the original issue and Yina’s follow up to ensure everything was correct was above and beyond. This level of service is not usually found today. Great job.

I am pretty picky regarding my tech. I had been looking for the ideal iPad cover for some time, nothing seemed quite right. I like the more minimal covers for every day use and larger more protective covers when I'm on a film set.

I found the Moft Dynamic Folio which seemed to tick a lot of boxes. Including a keeper for the Apple Pencil so it doesn't get knocked off when slide into a bag. The ability to stand the iPad up for reading the news, with extra support while reading on your knee or lap, or stuck to a fridge or recipes while cooking, and several options for height and angle for normal landscape viewing is amazing.

I was able to quickly use the iPad as a client monitor recently when asked if we could have viewing for another client in the board room across the hall. I was able to quickly stand it up at a comfortable viewing height and angle using a WiFi transmitter from our camera. The client was more than pleased, and with no odd propping the iPad up.

The fact that the pencil holder is removable and this does everything a normal thin folio case can do but much more, and with a premium feel and durability, I could not be happier. This is the ideal folio cover for a slim unobtrusive protection that also enhances the usability and performance experience of the device.

I highly recommend.

This phone case, which I wanted for quite a while but hesitated to buy for nearly $100, became a Christmas gift to myself. It has offered the most stable, secure protection—outperforming Apple’s silicone or Teckwoven—though eight months later, it has begun to peel, possibly from frequent picking up, putting down, or removing from my pocket. I’d rate it a five-star case, minus one point for degradation. The snap case in cove fits like a glove, endures many drops, and matches the silver iPhone 17 pro max beautifully. It remains aesthetically pleasing. Trumps apples iphone cases which. I had to replace multiple tomes a year.

The Moft team has delivered amazing customer service with quick response times, proper support, and flexibility. The team has been able to accommodate support with my Moft Tripod Stand with a wallet. It's one of my favorite products ever, and I'll continue to purchase more items down the line!

I just got myself an iPhone 17 Pro Max after being a long time Android user and this is partly because of the app and 3rd-party ecosystem on Apple. After seeing an ad on Instagram for the MoFT Snap Phone Tripod Stand it was the first 3rd-party accessory that I purchased and it works nicely with the Apple TechWoven Case. The magnets are incredibly strong and the tension dampening on the hinge is reassuringly stiff without being too hard. All-in-all I am pretty confident with this product and would highly recommend it.

I was a little worried the MOFT wallet would make my phone too bulky, but those concerns disappeared after a couple of days. The magnetic hold is incredibly strong, and the built-in string grip is one of those features you don't realize you need until you have it. It makes carrying and using the phone much more comfortable and secure. The functionality is what really sold me. It easily holds my cards, and I can even tuck in the occasional dollar bill or coin when needed. Despite my initial concerns, it never felt cumbersome and quickly became part of my everyday routine. Simple, well thought out, and surprisingly useful. Highly recommend!

The service after purchase is amazing. I bought the snap field wallet and the product was great until suddenly the attached part fall of for no reason. I was concern at first because it just exceeded the 6 month warranty a few days earlier but as soon as I contact the staff about the problem, they send me a new one immediately! Thank you moft!

Pretty decent shipping and great product. I use it daily for multiple tasks. Only thing is I wish it held more cards.

High-quality, original, and highly functional products. I’ve owned four of their stands or accessories for several months now, and everything is still in perfect condition. I particularly like their foldable protective cover that doubles as a stand.

Customer service is excellent, and delivery is fast and secure, including within France.

Okay, finally I have received my package!!♥♥ The delay was caused by the third party they have used (a.k.a the logistics company). The customer service representative named Emily escalated my case quickly and solved it. I have received my item and really happy with it!

The tripod is exceptionally sturdy and well-built, with a reliable Bluetooth connection. Also, the phone case feels sturdy and premium, with a smooth velvet interior for added protection.

ve been a MOFT customer for several years now and have purchased multiple products, including phone wallets, phone stands, and Apple Watch bands. Looking through my order history, I’ve placed numerous orders since 2021, which says a lot about my experience with the brand.

The products are thoughtfully designed, lightweight, and practical for everyday use. The phone wallets are slim, durable, and add useful functionality without making the phone bulky. The fold-out stand feature is especially handy for video calls, watching content, and travel.

The Apple Watch bands have also been excellent. They’re comfortable to wear all day, look great, and feel premium compared to many third-party alternatives. The materials have held up well with regular use.

What keeps me coming back is the combination of innovative design, good build quality, and products that genuinely solve everyday problems. I’ve also found the ordering process straightforward, and the products have consistently met my expectations.

Overall, MOFT has become one of the few accessory brands that I repeatedly return to and confidently recommend to friends and family.

I would like to sincerely thank MOFT for their outstanding commitment to customer satisfaction.

A special thanks to Yina for all her recent efforts in arranging the shipment of the MOFT Stand & Flow and for the continuous follow-up through emails. Her professionalism and dedication made a real difference.

What impressed me the most is that after I sent a simple Instagram message regarding a small defect, the team immediately stepped in, followed up thoroughly, and went above and beyond by sending a replacement part. This level of customer care truly reflects MOFT’s professionalism and genuine commitment to its customers.

I’ve purchased many MOFT products over the years, and they never fail to impress me with their innovative designs, exceptional quality, and beautiful color options.

Thank you, MOFT, for setting such a high standard for customer service and product innovation.

I had a minor problem with my iPad mini 7 case and it was replaced with no problem. They even gave me the option to change the color.

I have bee purchasing Moft products since some of their earliest crowd-funded endeavours. Every product I have purchased has improved my workflow, productivity, and simplified things. They are a great company with beautifully designed products, and terrific customer service. The couple of times I have had an issue, they have helped me out.

Wallet lost pairing without explanation. Will not pair to find my again. Can’t find it even after a hard reset of the wallet. Customer care is horrible can not get any help with this and the wallet isn’t even a year old yet. It says the owner of this wallet can see its location. Says the wallet is following me and doesn’t show me who it’s connected to. Seems like someone has taken ownership of this wallet and is following me. No privacy in this! This isn’t safe especially when you have no idea who is seeing the wallets location. Moft wallet with foldable stand isn’t a safe product because of that.

MOFT products are well designed, highly durable and very versatile in terms viewing angle and height level for its mobile stand and ipad cases.

I find it extremely usable for my work calls on mobile.

Magnet strength is really good.

Buyer of MOFT iphone case and Mobile Stand.

Moft products are genuinely worth the money! My favorite is the Dynamic Folio case because of the multiple different abilities to hold or use the tablet depending on what I’m doing via the folding technology.

The magnets in my particular case were strong and I had no issues with the iPad falling out. My only concern is that after one year of normal use, the rear of the case was separating from the leather backing which caused some minor bubbling.

I reached out to Moft and their customer service representative responded promptly and offered solutions to my concerns. I’m really satisfied with the level of care I received from Moft’s customer service and they made me feel like I was a valued customer.

I read all these negative reviews about customer service but I really think Moft has improved since those reviews have been written. If you don’t care about customer service and only about the product- don’t hesitate to buy any of the products they offer! Sure you could find a cheaper case somewhere else, but the quality and functionality of the Dynamic Folio really sets it apart from the other options on the market.

I say all this to really drive home how impressed I am with both their products and my experience with customer service as of writing this review.

Great service! I had an issue with crack on my cover and Moft immediately replaced it with no fuss at all.

Such good service. Highly recommend.

The product, the dynamic folio, is very innovative and has many features that most iPad users will appreciate.

The downside is after a few months of daily use, the folio is starting to come apart.

I will probably purchase again when/if this one becomes unusable… it is perfect for my everyday use set up.
