I’ve had MOFT Dynamic Folio for almost a year now. While the design of the product is genius, the material quality could be improved. It’s still my favorite iPad cover and I sincerely hope they’ll look into more sturdy material

Yina from customer service is one of the best customer service I have ever experienced. Our conversation lasted maybe more than 2 months ( because of my reasons) but everytime I contacted back to Yina, she was always very helpful, understanding and patience. This company is very lucky to have Yina.
On the other hand, the product I bought got chipped and and defected very fast. I still love the design idea and how user friendly it is but i believe if mine wasnt a defected one, quality should be improved.

DOES NOT RESPECT "NO MARKETING" MAILS.

I always meticulously avoid marketing mails and am 1000% sure I avoided signing up for marketing.

STILL they added me to their marketing mails!

Then I unsubscribed via mail.
Then I needed an invoice an contacted them by mail.

WOOPS, suddenly back to being subscribed without having accepted, ever!

I am a previous MOFT owner (Portfolio Case) for an iPad Mini and always loved the quality and the awesome origami options for using my iPad Mini. I recently upgraded to an iPad Air 11" and purchased the Dynamic Folio Case. This was shipped and received within 8 days and I love the functionality of the larger case including a very useful Pencil Holder❤️. I needed to contact MOFT customer service today about a minor issue. Firstly they responded to my initial contact within 5 minutes from me hitting send. They have shown good will to assist with my enquiry and then they have shipped the new items already! Wow this has been a great experience and I am grateful for the support I have received from both MOFT and my contact Yina! You are amazing, MOFT covers provide so much flexibility especially when I am traveling - Thank You!

I received my order and i can’t believe that it was very incredible Folio Case i know it’s very well made with high quality but it was beyond my expectations and also i didn’t thought that i will need the Pencil Holder but really it come with the right place i love everything soooo much it makes me happy.

The modular pen holder is the perfect companion piece for your I pad case. Fits perfectly onto the case itself and is magnetized which helps keep the Apple Pencil in lace should it come dislodged from the iPad itself. I definitely recommend getting one if you are getting an iPad case AND will be using an Apple Pencil with it.

the ipad folio i purchased is pretty solid quality and functions well. in contrast, the pen holder - while it works well and allows the pen to charge and stay secure to the ipad - could be better; after a few months, the plastic cracked and it started to fall apart at almost a year.
i attempted to purchase a new one, but the website isn’t quite clear on how to do that. reaching out to customer service ended up in a three day conversation of trying to explain that i wasn’t looking for Moft to replace it,
which resulted in being asked to leave this review.

I love this product so much! My wife got me the Dymamic Folio (Wonder Yellow x Blue) for my iPad Mini for my birthday and it's everything I ever wanted. I love the color, the positions, the feel of it... Highly recommended. I've been using it constantly for the past few months and it still looks like new.

Very high quality product - received lots of compliments while out and about. Personally feel the design is very sleek and nice to hold in hand.

Additionally the customer service team is very responsive and friendly.

Highly recommend!!

Die Qualität kann ich nicht beurteilen, allerdings sind die Rückgaben für Verbraucher unendlich teuer. Ich empfehle einen deutschen Shop zu suchen, ein Original beim Hersteller bestellen, davon würde ich abraten !

Love this ipad cover. I dont use all the positions but I do use 4 or 5 regularly. I would highly recommend. I got the green pinky purple one and i love it. Wipe clean too. Magnetic works great no problems . Dont know how anyone can leave a bad review really but I notice some people have. I did get the little pen holder too which is great also. I love it. Highly recommend

They make great products. Bought one through amazon (magsafe stand wallet) and apple store (ipad pro dynamic or float folio, don’t remember which), and most recently the tripod trackable magnetic stand (bought direct from their website) (can use phone stand while charging cable plugged in). All their products are good and show unique design and material and small incremental functional, aesthetic, and material improvements with each revision. I highly recommend tagging along with this brand if it resonates with you.

Kontaktaufnahme mit Kundenservice bleibt vorerst ohne Rückmeldung, erst nach Meldung bei Paypal kommt Kontakt zustande.
Danach werden Videos gefordert, um den Fehler zu beweisen, es folgen endlose Fragen, aber nie eine Lösung.

Auch völlig abstruse Lösungsvorschläge, legen sie den Charger kopfüber und bringen sie mehr Gewicht auf das Portemonnaie, weil es so leicht ist. Klar, mann kann jede Ladestation umdrehen und noch einen Stein drauflegen, damit das Produkt geladen wird.

Auf den Hinweis, dass ich das defekte Produkt - war ohne Nutzung direkt aus der Verpackung defekt - gerne zurücksende, ebenfalls keine Lösung.

Der Anbieter will sein eigenes Produkt nicht zurück, eiert nur rum und spielt auf Zeit. Fall bei Paypal eröffnet.

Ich kann nur davor warnen hier zu bestellen. Kundenservice = 0 Sterne, Produkt völlig überteuert, ist vielleicht 5% vom aufgerufenen Preis wert.

Der Shop, angeblich DE Shop aber Lieferung aus China, ist nett aufgebaut, durch Social Media werden die Produkte gut platziert, dahinter steckt aber billigste Chinaware mit eben genau diesem Service. Nämlich lediglich Chatbots, bzw. MA die keine Ahnung vom Produkt haben, bzw. den Kunden nicht als Kunden sehen, sondern eher als lästig.

Es zeigt sich leider erst ob ein Produkt und der Support passt, wenn man ein Problem hat, hier passt leider nichts zusammen.

I've purchased 2x iPad folio cases plus one pen holder where as the second pen holder was never shipped to me (offer through Amazon).

When the first pen holder broke, I reached out to their support asking if they could ship me the one they shorted me. I was told they would only ship me one if I left a Trust Pilot review.

The after-sales services were elite that they overcame my concerns with genuine and supportive solutions.

Enttäuschung auf ganzer Linie! Optisch, in den online Stores sieht immer alles wunderschön aus. Wenn man das Material hier zu Hause hat, erschreckt man sich doch, welche mindere Qualität hier zu hohen Preisen verkauft wird.

Ich finde es jedoch viel schlimmer, dass der Kundenservice überhaupt nicht auf Anfragen reagiert.
Es gab eine Fehlbestellung in der Vergangenheit die wollte ich korrigiert haben und bis heute gab es keine Antwort.

Also ich kann wirklich nur jeden empfehlen, wer das Produkt unbedingt haben möchte, sollte über Amazon bestellen, ansonsten hört man nie wieder beziehungsweise gar nicht erst etwas von der Firma. Kundenservice ist hier gleich 0!
Bei Amazon bekommt man wenigstens seine Verbraucherrechte!
Daher spart euch meiner persönlichen Auffassung nach das Geld und kauft euch Produkte, wo man auch im Bedarfsfall einen angemessenen Kundenservice zu erwarten hat.
Für mich war es der allerletzte Kauf.

I’m stuck between a 4 and a 5 star review, so let’s call it 4.5. I bought the Moft Dynamic Folio for my iPad Pro 11 inch. I’ve used it for 6 months and all things considered I’m really happy about the product. It’s well designed, really enjoying the creative ways I can adapt it to fit specific use cases, it opens up many ways to use an iPad, especially considering the price.

However the product isn’t perfect, the front cover magnets are weaker than it would like, they always flap away from the screen when held upside down. The outer skin also started delaminating after 6 months of use, causing so bubbling in a small part of the folio. I contacted Moft about the issue and they promptly offered a replacement.

I honestly recommend the product. It’s fun, creative, relatively well made and good customer service.

Cool product that doesn’t last. I’ve had it 9 months and of course at 6 months their warranty expires. The spot where it hinges at center back breaks. This is the 2nd time it’s happened to me. The first time they replaced it and I thought it was probably a fluke. Now I won’t buy again. They offered me a replacement in exchange for this review. I’ll take it but I will move on to another brand of wallet/stand after that one breaks.

The edge of the Connected Case for iPad chipped off. Experience it twice and hopefully there will be some improvement to the design.

Great support from CS on assisting on warranty claim, very fast and prompt.
