Great Job
The suit arrived on time. (I thought I may have waited too long to place the order.) The price was great. The suit fit perfectly. The quality seems to be very good -time will tell. You emailed me to clarify a bad measurement that I had provided. Great job!
You might want to take a look at the part of your website that requests measurements. I saw a heading that was not correct. That's the only constructive criticism I can think of.

I have had a few suits made by…
I have had a few suits made by Modshopping and i have to say they are spot on. I know it can be a bit difficult when your not actually being measured up in a shop, but i ent over a suit of mine that fitted perfect and they worked from that and the suit came back and fitted perfect. Also dealing with Sam is always a pleasure, nothing is too much trouble. they are making my 4th suit at the moment so looking forward to that.

Great quality and customer service
I ordered a suit from ModShopping and its quality was great. The trousers were too small, however; but when I reported this to their customer service, they swiftly sent out a replacement pair tailored to my specifications.

The jacket was all wrong
The jacket was all wrong
Too much material on the shoulders. It looked like I was wearing a box. There was more shoulder padding on the right side than the left side and far, far too much of it. This was differently not the Mod siluete. The sleek line was not there. It was a cloth box.

Super-fast
Super-fast, affordable and with great attention to detail. Some of the fabrics are very nice. Customer service is human, extremely efficient and actually listens. Using FedEx to deliver is a big plus.

C'est plutôt avec FedEx pour la compréhension de la facture qu'il y a eu un problème car il faut régler une somme d'avance à l'arrivée de la marchandise qui n'est pas déduit sur la facture FedEx.
