I waited more than 2 1/2 months and many follow up emails before receiving my Jacket that was ordered. When it finally came it looked like it was home made ( roughly), the “faux fur” was like cheap craft felt. I ordered an XL and what I got would fit a 10 year old. I was very disappointed. This is when things got even worse. Sending my email voicing my absolute disappointment and high dissatisfaction no less than 5 times and being ignored, I wanted to know how I could return for a full refund. $80AUD. Finally after many emails I receive a response thanking me for my patience, which I no longer had I had essentially given up and then offering 1 option. Which is to not return the product which they said I would need to pay for to save “me” the inconvenience and they would refund me 30% of the cost. So they would give me $25AUD store credit. Why would I ever want to purchase anything from this outlet again and have to pay more money to them. Keep yourself well away from this company. One star is being generous in the rating.

Terrible quality, terrible customer service, 15out of the 20 items ordered never arrived and they want to refund 70%. Absolutely super cheap stuff nothing like the photos.

Stay far away from this company. They advise there's a full refund policy but they make it extremely difficult- first ask you to pay $15 to ship you another product and keep what you want to return and then they avoid you all together. Do not order from them.

When my product was sent, it was very cheaply made. I sent it back at my own expense and they now refuse to give my money back. One star is generous.

SCAM - no real returns even for false advertising.

Terrible quality - jacket arrived & was very thin & floppy like a cardigan - not at all what was in the picture, avoided a return & then said they would only return if it was through an expensive courier back to china that would cost as much as the coat!

Their customer service is excellent. Replied within 6 hours and always so friendly and kind

You can't get much better than this for the price. Sure you can pay a premium for Nike, but for an amateur like me these are already enough.

I got the Penny Loafers in black. I love that they are versatile. I can wear them to work and dates and lots more. If the sole was more cushioned it deserves 5 stars

Bought the faux wool coat for winter and it does not disappoint! It's warm but so cute. I love to style it with different items. Tortoiseshell buttons would be even better than plastic but I still love it

High quality running sneakers. They were too small at first and they immediately offered to send the next size for only $15. Give it a few runs and they get super comfortable

Their wool coat is really nice! Very flattering fit like it was custom tailored. But shipping took almost 2 weeks. If they improve their shipping time, I will update to 5 stars ;)

The boots are gorgeous and very comfy. It fits me well too. Minus 1 star because the colour is not exactly the same as the website. But overall I am happy

Purchased a faux fur long coat advertised as being super cosy & warm. What I got was a product thinner than a t’shirt.

Then the fun started, they do not give 100% refunds. After several emails I managed to get 50%. Not enough, but enough of listening to their lies and excuses.

Do not waste your money on them.

I recently bought a shawl collar jacket and received an item that looked nothing like what was advertised and was also the incorrect colour. The quality of the material was also very poor and not at all thick as mentioned in the advertising. Upon requesting a refund, they advised me it was correct item so would only refund me 50%of cost due to it being incorrect colour. However the item was definitely not what was advertised. Very disappointing and will not consider purchasing from this company again. Please beware

I am normally a big 2XL. Jasmine suggested size XL for me and I was very unsure. But I am happy for taking her advice because it fits like a glove. Barrett bay is trusted and they care for their customers

I saw their hoodie on the site and fell in love. It looks even nicer in real life. The two colours design is so unique. Shipped to Sydney in 1 week. And they are always replying to my questions quickly.

My suede snow winter boots have finally arrived. They are well worth the wait! True to fit and good quality real materials. My sister is asking for a pair!

The product looks completely different from the advertised product. I contacted for a refund and the process has been made impossible to deal with. The company is not Australian. It is based overseas in China and the address given for returns is not listed.
DO NOT BUY FROM THESE THIEVING SCAMMERS.

I have Men's Everyday Chelsea Boots. They are great looking boots with a sturdy build. Customer support answered me in a day. I think its a great experience all around

Such comfortable shoes I can wear them the whole day and not get tired. The design is very cute too. Very satisfied. I will buy again and other styles.
