I used the Mod Shoes promotion of free no hassle returns which allowed me to buy two pairs of the same shoes in size 9 and size 10 to see which fitted me best. I decided to keep the 9 (I’m usually a 9.5-10) and I’m pleased I did. The oxblood tasseled loafers fit great and were comfortable from the outset. Worn them a few times now and I’ve never had a problem with them. Excellent customer service (my return was sorted promptly) and just good quality shoes. Will definitely use again.

Have brought several pairs of shoes and clothing over a few years and have always found the quality excellent they are my go to place for shoes and boots.

A bit pricey, but they have items you can't buy anywhere else so sometimes worth paying the extra.

Every pair of shoes I've purchased from Mod Shoes has been comfy and true to size.

Customer service is also great - I bought a pair that had a tiny mark on them, and they sent me another pair and told me to keep the original pair. I was very impressed by that.

Delivery to Australia is also quick.

I love the styles Mod Shoes sell and only wish I had a need for more pairs :)
