No Refund Received
Item arrived in good time, unfortunately the item was too big.
I returned the item and it arrived back to them on the 12th September.
I have not received my refund and I have contacted them 3 times to no avail.
I am currently out of pocket by £121. Contact via Instagram and the refund has now been done

Hi Max,
We can only apologise for the delays on this was leading up to the holiday weekends which amounted to huge delays all across the board. We would like to offer discount on your next order or a partial refund on this one to apologise for the unexpected issues.
We understand your frustration of course we do but we have seen you have got in touch and we are going to get this matter sorted we hope you can rethink your 1 star review as we feel this doesn’t show us off as a company we only want the best for our clients and for you especially Max.
Many Thanks,
