We ordered a double sink vanity set back in December, 2016, hoping to have it delivered by mid January. Marvin from customer service reached out to me and encouraged me to have it delivered sooner as they were having a hard time keeping this piece in stock. I appreciate that as we did not want it to go on back order. It was delivered at the time they said and we stored it in the garage until the contractor was ready to install it. It was ready to be in stalled in early February and when he opened the box to one of the sinks, he noticed a small but noticeable crack. Unfortunately we could not use this sink and I went back to Marvin and Monique in customer service at Modern Bath House. They let me know that they would go to the manufacturer and let them know. They followed up with me immediately letting me know that the manufacturer would not pay to replace the sink or pay for shipping as it was outside the delivery window. Marvin however, did let me know that Modern Bath House would be happy to replace the sink at no charge and pay for the shipping. He sent me the tracking number and I had the sink within 7 days. I was so appreciative as we had to find the matching sink to the other one or it would have messed up the entire project and would have cost us more labor hours with our contractor. I would definitely shop from them again and I appreciate so much that they were so responsive and accommodating. The piece is really beautiful as well!
Very positive experience
I ordered a vanity from modern bath house. The price was great - lower than Home Depot or other competitors. The vanity I originally ordered, white with grey quartzite top, was discontinued by the manufacturer, and modern bath house suggested to change it to the same vanity with Carrara marble top. I agreed. The marble was about $150 more, but to my surprise they covered the difference! The delivery went off without a hitch. All in all, I am very happy with my purchase.
A real pleasure doing business with them
Was very pleased with the sales support when I ordered my vanity. I hadn't gotten a call from the freight company regarding delivery. I called MBH and they took care of it immediately. Received my item and it was just as pictured. Loved it. Would recommend MBH for their excellent customer service and for their great prices.

Great customer service - I was concerned that I received a message that my vanity had been delivered (but nothing was delivered to my home) Customer service verified that it had been delivered to a local shipping company and was in good hands to be delivered on a smaller truck. The vanity, top and mirror arrived in excellent condition, just as ordered. I would order from Modern Bath House again.
Great Service
We were looking for 2 vanities for guest baths in the new home we are building. Been looking for months, then my wife found Virtu USA Norhaven on Modern Bath House. We wanted one in white no top and one in Espresso. They had the white and we ordered it. Came in well packed and in perfect condition. They then contacted Virtu and found the espresso where out of stock, and are supposed to let us know when they are back in inventory. That is a lot more than most web order services will do. Mistakenly, we waited to order until the Black Friday weekend. Originally our order of two full vanity sets could not be completed and I was disappointed, but then we got good news. Virtu found the sets. We shipped!
Bad news was the shipper (CEVA) had technical problems and we had to hold our breath. They couldn't track the order. Fortunately, both sets just arrived in perfect order.
Modern Bath House staff were responsive and terrific and tried hard to make this like ordering from Zappos. Ha! It's complicated and we're delighted.
Still have NOT received vanity
This is sad. I get the request for feedback on your customer service BEFORE I receive the actual product I ordered (order #1524).
When I called to get a status update two weeks ago, I was just told to track the shipment with the CEVA tracking # you sent me (OV76778387). I've been checking and it finally arrived in Louisville on December 19th. Your customer service rep said some other person (I guess from CEVA) would call me within 24 hours after shipment arrived. It's 12/26 and STILL no phone call.
Bottom line: There has been no ACTUAL, helpful service of any kind at all. However, your rating system doesn't allow to post a "zero star" rating.
If anyone actually reads and vets these reviews and claims to care, then the obvious next step for that person to get this to someone of authority that WILL resolve (not "try" to resolve) my issue immediately. The only thing that will resolve my issue to my satisfaction is to get my vanity as soon as possible. Ideally, today. Please advise.

mostly good but website not there
Thought the service department was great. Communicated often and provided updates. Main issue was 1) the website showed item in stock (which is why I ordered it) but it was on back order 2 weeks, 2) the website would not let me apply the promotion they were running for the item I select, service dept went ahead and had it applied after the order was placed.
Went above and beyond!
We were really pleased with the service we received from Modern Bath House. Our contact was Monique and she was exceptional. She helped us with all our requests: she was able to find a vanity that wasn't listed; she helped us adjust our shipping date to coincide with our construction date and best of all she gave us great pricing on all our vanities. She was quick with her responses and never kept us waiting. I highly recommend Modern Bath House and will definitely use them again. Keep up the great customer service!
A plus company
I ordered a vanity and from start to finish the company was fantastic. I thought it was too good to be true because their site was $400.00 less than Houzz or other sites. They were spot on with the delivery date and the freight companies were fantastic as well. LOVE the vanity, mirrors.. I would recommend this company in every way.

Love the vanity, but first marble top came broken. They did send out a replacement, and we are totally happy with their customer service.
