Modelverse Anmeldelser

The always helpful team at Modelverse once again accommodated my last minute change requests, AND still shipped out for a speedy delivery.

My package came in great condition and had no damage, the pricing for the model kits are amazing too compared to other companies whilst also having a great delivery policy which makes buying many kits quite affordable, it also contains many thing which other companies dont have such as 3rd party & P Bandai kits at great prices, the service time were great too and very responsive.

Simply amazing customer service, after ordering a model kit and discovering that a part was missing I contacted support who replied under an hour and offered to send out a replacement the part the next working day.

Great experience would highly recommend.

Very fast delivery. In stock as promised. Goods arrived very well protected too

Bought from them several times now and they were all great experiences. There's wide variety of mecha and girlpla kits to choose from such as both regular release gunplas and P-Bandai releases, 30 Minutes Label, Kotobukiya kits, Chinese kits, and more. Nice selection of tools too. Price of the kits are very fair, as well as fast delivery.

I can't comment on their customer support as I have not had to contact them for anything yet. Very impressed for a business that's not even a year old yet.

Hello, I have completed numerous orders with Modelverse and I am really happy with their customer service, good prices, speedy deliveries and packaging. I will continue to shop with Modelverse and I highly recommend them for those who want gundams and other kits delivered quickly in excellent packaging.

Great service, this is what hobby shops should be about, not limiting their stock to just 1 brand, instead modelverseuk stocks are vast and have a decent restock rate of 3rd party and other IP brands, the owner is a gentlemen and a scholar and always has time for people in the community in and out of his Daytime job, MVUK is fast becoming one of the greatest suppliers of model kits in the UK with great prices, sales and offers regularly (often ending days before I get paid 🤣)

The shipping rate is also top tier with items being shipped out within hours of purchase, all items are securely packed and larger items being upgraded to courier instead of standard postal service at no extra cost in some cases I've received the item the next day even after selecting the free 48 service

The minimum order of £75 was reduced from £100 this is a great move by the company but as money starts to dwindle from people's pockets it might be an idea to further consider reducing minimum order fee as I often find myself with about £50 a time spare for kits

The top 3 takes for me are,

Fast delivery
Competitive prices
Owner is a real gent

Keep up the good work 10/10
