Found this site on the off-chance looking for a lighting kit for a third-party kit that I purchased. Ordered late on a Saturday evening and the delivery was at my door by Tuesday, free shipping. The item came pretty much perfect as from factory, well packaged and labeled up not to leave outside unless consignee asked to (as contained electronic parts).

This lead me onto my second purchase from here, a much larger and more expensive kit, other than a problem with the courier company, which was no fault of Hobby-zone, the item was re-shipped straight away and pretty much came the next day. Box in perfect condition and packaged very well.

From the issues with the second delivery, this got me onto messaging the customer service side of the company, which have been second to none. Responses to my emails have been very prompt and informative and have always given me the answers to what I need.

I have subsequently ordered two more kits that were delivered today. Very quick delivery, well packaged and super pleased with them.

Would definately recommend this company.

Overall a pleasant experience from start to finish, just need to build the kits now.

Made a purchase only yesterday and received everything well packaged today. When i did have a query they responded promptly. Can not recommend them more and will definitely be a repeat customer.

Went to Hobby Zone UK and made my first purchase from their store, also my first third party kit, but will certainly not be my last.

Had a slight issue, at no fault to Hobby Zones UK, with a some part on one of the runners which they have been absolutely sensational with working with me to resolve and offer advise.

Their attention and immediate replies are something to be applauded and exactly the customer services experience which makes me a loyal/repeat customer. It's usually not the good service that determines this, as that is what people expect, but its how you handle problems and issues which for me build the relationship.

My partner has since pre-ordered the Axis Model Osiris for me as a gift (Lucky Me!) from them as per my recommendation and I will be purchasing the Nemesis and various other models from them when the backlog drops but they will be my go-to for third party kits!

Excellent place to get some of the slightly more obscure Chinese kits. Good prices and always really well packaged.

Bought anything from smaller Number.57 Manhunter kits to larger stuff like InEra+ and even the pre-assembled Heatboys TMNT mecha figures. Always a perfect service.

The customer service is brilliant, I got my kit in perfect condition, 2 days before the delivery date, with no shipping cost. once I built it, one of my parts snapped. But I emailed them with the part number and they responded the next morning. I then found out it was the wrong piece that I had sent over and emailed again, they responded within an hour and said no problem. Will definitely buy from this company again

Had been looking on the original website for third party kits for a while, they also have an ebay account, originally I made a small purchase from ebay, the item was described as "box damaged" but it really wasn't like what you would get from aliex, it was just pressure damage probably from when it was being imported which caused the box to have slight creases on it the condition of the box was perfect other than that.

I've been eyeing up a Monument Repair Type for a while, I came across this site initially when doing a search for UK suppliers of this product, they had it available for pre-order, at that time I didn't pre-order the product, when the product came in to stock I kept an eye on it to see how fast the stock would deplete, I do wish I had pre-ordered it as I would've been garunteed a copy as they where going quite fast.

The numbers jumped up and down and in stock to out of stock, I then messaged the company using their messaging system on their website to enquire as to how many copies they had, upon enquiring they offered to hold a copy for me for up to 7 days which I only needed and asked for 2 days, upon completion of the purchase alongside another kit the items where sent out the same day and recieved the next day through courier service, the remaining copies available where "box damaged" but again the damage is minute and clearly down to how it was transported during import with the only damage being from weight/pressure so again the box just had some slight creases.

Their ebay prices are good too, I initially made my first purchase of a kit through ebay as I was after an SNAA kit as I'm trying to get all the KOTRT kits one by one and the price increase compared to the website was no more than £3 but for larger kits I would rather use and recommend their dedicated website.

Packaging was good, perfect sized box and the gaps filled with brown paper as most companies do these days with corner protectors on each kit, the 2 kits ordered from their website where sent in separate boxes amd all 3 kits had stickers attached to them stating "do not leave outside" even though I did change where my safeplace was on the DPD website they where left outside my front door but this does not affect my final rating as this was DPD being careless not hobbyzoneuk

They where quick to reply to and enquires I had and where very helpful, easy to use website and the perfect place to get your 3rd party kits from with rapid dispatching and delivery, great company and would use again for future purchases as there are a wide range of 3rd party kits available on their website for amazing and competitive prices.

Ordered a few times with this site. Some of the most competitive prices for what they sell and no extra P & P costs. This makes them cheaper than other shops overall. Delivery and packaging are awesome. Some items have arrived next day and we'll boxed for delivery. Great place to get your kits from.

Hobbyzone UK have a great selection of Mecha model kits at very good prices. They provide excellent customer service, communication is quick and friendly via the chat function or via email. Very accommodating to reasonable requests and happy to help me with any questions I have.

Items are always dispatched very quickly when in stock and are packaged very securely and always arrive in perfect condition. They also keep you updated on any date changes to pre-order items which is very helpful.

I have been buying from this site since December 2023, made many purchases and have been extremely impressed with every experience.

I highly recommend HobbyZone UK to all Mecha model kit collectors.

Ordered my two items, shipped promptly and tracking provided. Packaging is excellent overall very pleased. Huale is quick to answer queries. I will definitely be purchasing from HobbyZone again. Very happy with my purchases!

My package got stuck somewhere in the RM postal system, which isn't unexpected. Hobbyzone apparently keep a good eye on their orders, because I was just patiently waiting, and they emailed me out the blue to say they would get on the case and find out what was happening.

Its nice to see a shop being so proactive!

Also the model I bought was a good £40 cheaper than the very few other places I could find it and that's before you counted the free shipping, so all around very happy.

I've had a great experience buying from Hobby Zone UK. I purchased a Kosmos LED kit for my Gundam Aerial FM 1/100. But sadly one of the LED's failed. I contacted Hobby Zone and they mediated with Kosmos on my behalf and sorted a a replacement LED. This all took place within 48hrs. Fantastic customer service and the shipping is lighting fast. I'll be buying more from this shop 100%!

Great place to buy Chinese model kits from. Prices are extremely fair and shipping is incredibly fast.

There a new business yet i got a good experience went looking for a certain gundam a Motor Nuclear MNP-XH03 Blue Dragon Ao Bing Model Kit and got what i wanted.

Also at a good price of £65 with free delivery since i am in the uk it was quite fast delivery to ordered on a Tuesday got it Thursday. Was worth buying from them may again down the line if i am after another they also reply quick to questions on there facebook.

i asked why no paypal yet they said they were still signing up to them as they are a new company so waiting to here back from them but still i do recommend taking a look at them at the store.
