No delete account button and the customer service team won't do it.
There is no button or instructions to delete your account on the Modakawa website. So I've mailed the customer service team. I've asked several times to delete my account and just won't do it. They only answer "just ignore it if you dont want it anymore.It does not matter" "Please do not worry that we will not charge you any even though you said there is your account on our store.It's okay." "it is okay,and we also will not charge you."
No it is not okay. Just delete my account from your website as asked.

Scam site
Scam site. This site sells low-quality clothing that doesn't resemble the items advertised at all. Also, they make the return of said items impossible.

The quality of the closes is great, and the designs are really pretty, cute and eye catching! Just make sure to size up twice! (Ex: if you wear XL clothes, maybe consider getting 3XL!)

Size and material
Despite ordering a large, the items I bought didn't quite fit the way the sizing would assume, maybe adding a way for each item type to explain size charts with the actual numbers would help? beyond that, loved everything, it was both comfortable and felt good in the materials department. only complaint is the size issue, which a warning to order a size larger could help!

Schöne Idee aber halbherzige Umsetzung
Der Versand hat 4 Wochen gedauert, also etwas lang, aber noch ok. Auch das Material selbst war doch überraschend dick, allerdings sah der Rock auf den Produktfotos wesentlich voluminöser aus und fällt in echt also nicht annähernd so schön. Auch passt er zwar gut an der Taille aber der Gummizug hat so wenig Spiel, dass er nicht über die Hüfte geht. Die Ärmel vom Pullover sind ca 10cm zu kurz (im Produktfoto sind sie sogar umgeschlagen also theoretisch extra lang) und er ist viel gelblicher als beworben. Auch geht der Schlitz zu hoch und er geht am Anfangspunkt des Schlitzes schon auf. (direkt nach dem Öffnen des Paketes) Sehr enttäuschend für den Preis.
