Quick payments
Quick payments, but I don't like when u do the initial offer on the site it gives you a higher amount then once they send the text its much lower? That process needs improvement.

The experience with MLG CASH was…awesome
The experience with MLG CASH was wonderful! I had questions and had to have things looked into before I could collect the cash, but the service department was right on it and had my issue resolved in record time! I was still at the pickup store!!!
And I had a call back from one of the service managers and she was just checking in on how my transaction went and was I satisfied

It was easy to use. Their was a minor issue at ups. Mlg returned my call in a matter of minutes and the issue was resolved.

Don’t believe the negative reviews, This service is amazing.
I used this service to trade in old phones lying around. Everything went smoothly until I only received credit for one phone. I did not see all the negative reviews until after I shipped the phones. Instantly fear set in. Frantically calling and emailing the company. To my surprise about 10 minutes later a gentleman called me. He expressed his apologies for the issues, explained it was his direct number and told me not to worry as he would handle everything if I would give him 10 minutes. I hung up the phone thinking “you bug dummy, you just got scammed and are still being gullible” lo and behold 10 minutes later I get my payment barcode. Overall a 10/10 experience even if UPS input the receiving information wrong. And they pay more than anyone around with a painless process that I will be using again!!
