If I could give negative stars I would…
If I could give negative stars I would give as many as I could. DO NOT, ABSOLUTELY DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!! They do not do what their website says they will do. We did EVERYTHING asked of us how it was asked to be done. However, a error by the UPS employee who did the inspection and shipping completely screwed us over. Guess what, MLG cash did absolutely NOTHING to make right what happened. We sold a very nice newer model phone, supposed to get $443 sent to Walmart. Never showed up and was told the IMEI number was entered wrong by the UPS employee. MLG cash insisted the phone wouldn't actually be shipped for a day or 2. I told them that was incorrect and UPS said it was going out that night. We were told nothing to be corrected until 8am the next morning when UPS opened. We were at UPS at 8am. Guess what, the phone had shipped out the night before just like I said. So not only did I not receive the money at Walmart like I was supposed to. MLG cash and UPS made it seem like it was our fault that the employee at UPS entered the IMEI number wrong. I have never been this pissed off at a business in my life. We are paycheck to paycheck and were counting on this money to pay for food for our family for Thanksgiving. We cannot buy anything now. Are out a phone, have no money for the phone. Was shown nothing but disrespect and lies. This not the way to do business. It's an absolute JOKE. We have contacted the BBB and we are going to make sure word gets out about this. Thanks MLG for the lies and keeping money that is owed to us, ruining a holiday, and all because UPS made a mistake. YOU ARE THE ONES WHO HIRED UPS TO DO THE INSPECTION AND SHIPPING AND YOU ARE THE ONES WHO NEED TO HAVE SOMETHING IN PLACE WHEN AN ERROR IS MADE AND NOT THE CUSTOMERS FAULT. INSTEAD OF SAYING SCREW THE CUSTOMER CAUSE THATS WHAT YOU DO!!!

We’re truly sorry for how stressful and disappointing this experience has been for you, especially with the holidays approaching. We understand how important this payment is to your family, and we want to clearly explain what happened and what we are doing to fix it.
The delay happened because the IMEI number was entered incorrectly at the UPS Store. Since the system couldn’t verify the device, it couldn’t send the confirmation text required to release your Walmart payout. This step is mandatory for every transaction, which is why the payment could not be issued.
To clarify, the UPS Store does not work for us. They are an independent third-party location, and we have no control over their employees or the mistakes they may make. Your brother, who completed the form, received the email explaining how the process works and how important the IMEI verification step is. When the wrong number was entered and no text was received, the only way to correct it immediately would have been to contact us before the package shipped so we could reach out to the store directly.
Once the device was already picked up by the driver, the system could no longer update the verification until the phone arrived at our warehouse.
As we’ve explained in the text messages sent to both of you, we are not keeping your money or refusing to help. We simply cannot override the verification process until the device is scanned in at the warehouse. This protects both customers and the company and applies to every device we process.
We completely understand how upsetting this situation is, and it’s unfortunate that the UPS employee’s mistake caused the delay. As soon as the phone reaches our warehouse, we will verify the correct IMEI and release your payment immediately—exactly as we’ve promised.
We hope you’ll allow us the opportunity to complete the process properly and make this right for you.

Everything was simple once my phone was unlocked…
It was hard to get my phone unlocked. It had been paid off for quite a while, but it wouldn’t unlock. We found that we had to go to “Find my Phone” in my new phone and delete it from my list of devices. Then it unlocked. Once I got that, the rest of the process was very easy.
