I was nervous about buying off mistress rocks as I read some of the reviews here and they were far from great, however, I don't have a bad word to say about my experience

I was ordering 2 tops, one of which I had tried on in Topshop (Oxford Circus) and another that I liked the look of. The bandage top came and is perfect. The other top was slightly too big so I had to return for an exchange for a smaller size.

The only bad thing about ordering from Mistress Rocks is that I had to spend an addition £7.40 on special delivery to exchange the top. They request that you get a signed for delivery and tracking ID and special delivery (which is pretty expensive) is the only way to do this.

Overall their processing and delivery times were exceptional. I ordered at almost 4pm on a Wednesday and the item was with me the very next day, using only Standard delivery that comes free if you spend £60.

All in all, I'd definitely purchase again as the clothes are of great quality but I'd try to nail the sizing first time to save the cost of returns!

I love this brand to the bits from its style, quality and the amazing team at the customer service. Their clothes really just what it is on the pictures 100% spot on! Their team is always there to help if you have any questions , or need exchange support help.

One of those online stores that you want to come back for more.

Worst customer service ever.

Once they have your money, they do not care about you as a customer. I sent back an item for an exchange (At my costs of the postage) and it’s been weeks and i’ve been emailing and dming them and they keep ignoring everything. I’ve asked them to check my message in the comments and they keep ignoring or removing it. If you’re going to treat your customers that badly, you shouldn’t be allowed to even have a store. They have nice clothing, but for that customer service i will never buy from them again. Do not buy unless you want a bad experience if you need to return anything.

I spent £112 and am a size 12 or medium in all shops including their sister site celeb boutique. I ordered the 3 for 2 and not one of the items fitted me and all were too small. I returned everything and have been told 'we don't usually do refunds as its sale items, but will give you a gift card on this occasion' really? I know my consumer rights and can get a refund/ credit within 14 days of receipt regardless if it's a sale item or not!!!
Secondly, I bought a non sale item in which I am due a full refund and they have referred this to management??? The dress was unworn with that string running around it so they know it was umworn but still are holding off giving me my refund after 20 days???

To top it off, no reusable packaging to return items and having to pay postage cost!!! You have really stitched me up Mistress Rocks!!! AVOID based on service alone!!!!

Absolutely disgusted, I ordered a jacket which I loved but it was too big, and had to pay for it to be exchanged, and they sent me a previously worn and damaged jacket which I paid again to be exchanged for a newer one or a refund and they sent me the same jacket back.
They breached my statuary rights in regards to refunds and exchanges as I gave them the option to either swap it for a new jacket or issue me a refund but they sent the the same jacket back and no communication.
I will be going contacting trading standards, and will be taking further action.

Mistress Rocks is absolutely brilliant. My order of a dress and a pair of pants arrived within two days and I have to say that the quality of the clothes is spectacular. The fabric and design are of an extremely high quality and are even better than they look on-line. They have a very high end designer look and feel to them. One of the best things that absolutely rocks is the presentation. Both pieces of clothing were separately and gorgeously wrapped in tissue paper and came in a beautiful presentation box. Seriously made my day when it arrived. Am also impressed by the diversity of the models they use on their website, it seems that all sizes are well catered for. Cannot praise Mistress Rocks highly enough, they are an amazing company

The item I bought was beautifully boxed and in perfect condition and was exactly as described and shown on images. I have a visual impairment and the site is very accessible and the customer service team when I did struggle. Were amazingly helpful which I was very impressed with. The clothes are true to size and look incredible on could not tell you how many people ask me where I got my outfit from every time I wear pieces from this brand.

Literally have had the best customer service experience with Mistress Rocks than any other company!! They went above and beyond to respond to my queries, along with making sure my order came on time, I would recommend them highly 💕

Cute clothes on the site, but everything is really poorly constructed and bad quality fabrics. It seems like they guess on dimensions.
First time around, I bought a pencil skirt, body suit, and leather jacket. The skirt was extremely stiff leather - I couldn't even sit down. The body suit was extremely tight, but the cut-out arms were loose and looked weird around the shoulders. The jacket was super bulky and stiff, I looked like a child playing dress up.

So I returned everything (have to pay for return shipping), and was given store credit. So I got ribbed bodysuit, a ribbed long sleeve top, and a "silky" ruched crop top.
The body suit is wearable, but has the longest crotch area. It's kinda baggy and really long, my high waisted pants barely cover it. The ribbed top fits, but the sleeves are super long and tight (and thin fabric). When I push them up, they bunch up and look bad.
The ruched top has a random asymmetric construction that is barely noticeable on the site (and again thin fabric). Doesn't look cute, rather like a mistake.

My customer service experience wasn't bad, the staff responded to me and issued a gift card as a refund (but they did tell me that they were making an exception for me, though I'm still not sure why).

All in all, don't waste your money here. There are stores with similar prices and better construction.

Mistress rocks needs some sort of actual customer service first. They connect with you via email and it’s 24hrs between each response. I’ve never purchased from them but I shop frequently with house of cb. I decided to try them out and the 3D secure server wouldn’t load. As a result it continues to decline a card with more than enough money on it. So I reach out to them (I’ve already contacted my bank) they say try another browser. I do that. 24hrs later it’s a response saying try another card or “my friends card” no. I’ve isolated the issue, I’ve explained that my bank and card from that bank are working just fine I even held my bank on the phone while trying to make the purchase and they couldn’t see why the issue kept happening. They then inform me the next email that the site blocked my card for trying on multiple browsers (per their instructions) but want me to TRY a friends card?! Why? My card works perfectly fine abroad and in the states. Needless to say the emailing system is worthless. They are of no actual help and insisted that their 3D secure system was perfect. I let them know I was no longer interested in the items and will continue to buy from companies that appreciate their customers and want my business. House of CB never has these issues I’ve bought so much from them with no problem.

Pleaseeeeeeeee NEVER EVER EVER BUY from this online site ! Please take my advice; this is my first time purchasing from Mistress Rocks and it has been the worst customer service experience ever !!! I returned a dress I bought for Valentine's Day because I found an outfit that fit the occasion better. I spoke with Eve before shipping the items back and she told me I can send the item back if the labels weren't detached and etc. I never tries on the dress! It arrived in a black box and I sent it back the same way! I I paid for overnight shipping to send it back Feb 24th, Misstress Rocks has received the item back but refuse to refund my money!!! Worst of all they will not send back the dress I returned to them ! I paid for a dress I DONT HAVE ! Marianna was the last customer service rep I spoke with and she's the worst ! She been telling me for two weeks she's waiting on MANAGEMENT to contact her! WTH, why is it so hard to return my money ? You have you dress, right ? You won't send my order?
Don't buy from Mistress Rocks because they stole from me, a customer ! This is unacceptable and sickening!!!!! You can only communicate with agents through email, you can't contact agent to check on your returns or orders. Honestly couldn’t recommend this company enough I’ve bought from them many times online and I store and the quality is just amazing, delivery is speedy and accurate and the clothes look amazing on 100% recommend they’ve never let me down

I recently ordered from Mistress Rocks and when it arrived I just wanted to say that I loved the packaging, it came in a lovely black box and overall was great presentation, really classy! and the skirt looks great on too! Also made it feel like a real treat as I bought it for myself x

NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN! Awful customer service, I spent a lot of money on a large order, when only one item arrived in the box I was disappointed .... its taken nearly a month for them to get back to me and now have demanded photocopies of my ID and getting me to sign documents, some what accusing me! They still won't tell me when a decision will be reached and in the meantime I'm out a lot of money! Would actively never buy from them again and would discourage others!! The clothes really aren't worth the hassle and you can get the same items cheaper and better quality elsewhere

Ordered two items. First item which was in sale and they only offer exchange or credit note (the wedsite does make you fully awake of this) however I do think this policy is outdated and you should be able to receive a cash refund if it doesn’t suit you. Main item was £49.00 for a body suit which was so thin with cheap material. It did not look like this in the website pictures. Poor quality and the price does not reflect the product.

Terrible. I returned an item to them immediately the next day upon receiving it. After many weeks still have not received any notice from them regarding the returns while other merchants shipped back around same time were all received and processed. Finally after many email exchanges one representative confirmed that they never received the item despite my proof of delivery and tracking showing that it was delivered and received many weeks ago. Their response to me was that it was delivered on a Saturday when their warehouse would be closed thus it must have been left on the dock, so they don’t want to do anything about it. Instead they told me to contact UPS and raise a case about it Even though they never specify in their return instructions to avoid sending packages back during the weekend. Most other merchants would have just refunded the amount for the item sent back especially after I sent them proof of delivery and tracking clearly shows it was received at their warehouse. Extremely poor customer service, not only unresponsive but also un helpful so they have decided to keep my money even though I no longer have the item

Oh my goodness I love this company, I really don’t know how anyone could fault them, my 17 year old daughter bought a few items from this company from London, I was so impressed I ordered some items online the delivery was when it said it would be, the items arrived in a really nice box and the clothes are outstanding quality and very reasonable, would highly recommended to anyone.
